Abstract

本实用新型是一种特种茶的炒锅,现有技术炒锅锅口直径为840mm,也有800mm,存在着生产效率低,毛茶品质不理想的缺点。本实用新型改锅口直径为850mm-1200mm,在锅口直径达到1000mm时,与采用现有技术的炒干机相比,可提高生产率一倍,节省电耗30%,毛茶品质提高一级,效果显著。

Description

特种茶炒锅
本实用新型涉及锅式茶叶炒干机,特别是特种茶炒锅。
茶叶炒干机有锅式炒干机和筒式炒干机两大类。锅式炒干机是特种茶炒制过程中被广泛应用的一种。它是利用热传导原理使茶叶从炉灶加热的锅壁上吸取热量,通过炒手的多种作用力,锅面的反作用力以及茶叶相互间的挤压力的作用,逐步使茶叶达到干燥和紧结成形的目的。
炒茶锅是承载茶叶并进行热传导的部分,它用铸铁铸成空心球体的一部分,亦称球锅。现有技术球锅的锅口直径840mm,锅深340mm,球体半径430mm;也有锅口直径800mm,锅深280mm。此种锅形尺寸在加工茶叶时生产率低,毛茶成形的紧实度不足,光沽度欠佳,影响了毛茶品质。
本实用新型的目的是提高加工生产率和毛茶品质。
经长期实验表明,茶叶采用锅式炒干机加工,在炒手形状和动作参数不变的前提下,当炒锅尺寸稍作变动,其生产率就会发生较大变化,同时由于锅内茶叶(自重)相互挤压力的不同,使炒制出来的毛茶品质亦有差异。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是打破常规的炒锅设计规范,适当加大球锅锅口直径为850mm至1200mm,以提高生产率和毛茶品质。
采用本实用新型后的茶叶炒干机其优点:
1.可以提高生产率;
2.节省人工,节省能耗(包括电耗及燃料);
3.提高毛茶品质。
如附图所示的实施例,其锅口直径为φA1000mm,根据SRB= ( ΦA / 2 ) 2 + h 2 2 h ( mm ) , 式中:SRB—球体半径,φA/2—锅口半径,h—锅深,设:锅深h=302mm,则球体半径SRB=562mm。采用上述锅口直径炒锅的炒干机与现有技术(锅口直径840mm)的锅式炒干机相比,可提高生产率一倍,节省电耗30%,节省人工50%,毛茶品质可提高一级。
