Abstract

一种风力发电机的新的起动装置,先让风叶转动产生一定惯性后,才带动发电机转动,达到发电机容易起动的目的。装于风叶与发电机的联接处的自动离合结构,在风力发电机停转时,风叶与发电机的传动自动分开。当风吹动风叶时风叶带动离合块,在离心力的作用下,离合块抛开,与装在发电机转子的传动座接合转动。这种结构解决了风力发电机,特别是定子或转子采用永磁的发电机的起动难的问题。

风力发电机的新的起动装置
本实用新型是一种风力发电机风叶与发电机之间设计一自动离合结构,具体地说,是一种使风力发电机容易起动,提高效率的装置。
现人们使用的风力发电机由于风叶与发电机是直接联接,这种风力发电机的起动就需要较大的风力,而这些风力要比起动后能使它转动发电的风要大好多倍,那些定子或转子采用永磁的发电机更为明显。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述起动难造成效率低的问题而提供一结构,在风力发电机停转时风叶与发电机的传动自动分开,当风吹动风叶时,风叶旋动产生一惯性,此时装在风叶座的离合块在离心作用下,离合块自动抛开,与装在发电机转子的传动座接合,带动发电机发电,这种结构解决了风力发电机,特别是那些定子或转子采用永磁的发电机的起动难,造成效率低的问题。
其目的是这样实现的;该结构包括一风叶座,风叶座内有一离合槽;一离合块,该离合块圆部分位于槽内,方部分位于槽外;一压缩弹簧压于离合块槽内部分,一开槽端紧定螺钉固定于弹簧;一传动座装于发电机传动轴,另一端面朝外;一滚针轴承位于上述的风叶座内,并套于传动座。这样当风叶开始转动时,风叶转动,而传动座不动,当转速达到一定的惯性,同时离心力将离合块抛开,抛进传动座的座内,此时发电机才开始转动发电,当风叶停转、离合块在弹簧的作用下回到原来的位置。

实施:参照图1、图2、图5、图7所示的结构,风叶座3通过滚针轴承2与传动座6形成良好的转动接触,并通过六角螺栓4限位,离合块5装于风叶座3并形成良好滑动,压缩弹簧7压住离合块5,开槽端紧定螺钉9固定压缩弹簧7,离合块5将弹簧压缩,离合块的方形端进入传动座6的槽位,带动传动座,在停转的情况下压缩弹簧7将离合块5压出传动座6,这样就形成新的起动结构。

1.一种风力发电机的新的起动装置,由风叶、风叶座、离合块、复位弹簧、滚针轴承和传动座组成,其特征在于风叶座固定风叶,内装离合块,传动座的一端固定于发电机的转子,另一端与上述风叶座装有离合块的端面形成相对;离合块在风叶座内与传动座产生离合;弹簧使离合块复位使风叶座与传动座分离;滚针轴承套于上述传动座,并位于上述风叶座内支承风叶座。
