Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于全自动洗衣机的锁定装置,它是在洗衣机控制盘座上设有一个凹槽,凹槽侧壁内安装有可伸缩的销锁;在洗衣机上盖上设有与控制盘座凹槽相配合的锁紧基座,锁紧基座对应销锁的位置开有销锁插入孔。这样,当洗衣机运行时,销锁插入到锁紧基座的销锁插入孔中,从而锁定上盖,不能打开,起到充分保护作用。

洗衣机上盖锁定装置
本实用新型涉及一种锁定装置，尤其是用于全自动洗衣机的锁定装置。
现有的洗衣机在使用时，如果打开洗衣机的上盖，洗衣机则会蜂鸣报警，数秒钟后，洗衣机停止运转，以防止手伸入高速旋转的内桶中，发生意外，但是这种可以随时打开上盖的洗衣机，在盖开与脱水运转停止之间仍然可能发生意外，尤其是对于年幼者。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷，提供一种洗衣机上盖的锁定装置，避免洗衣机脱水运转时上盖被打开。
本实用新型是这样实现的，在洗衣机控制盘座上设有一个凹槽，凹槽侧壁内安装有可伸缩的销锁；在洗衣机上盖上设有与控制盘座凹槽相配合的锁紧基座，锁紧基座对应销锁的位置开有销锁插入孔。
采用本实用新型，当洗衣机执行脱水程序时，销锁在控制器的作用下弹出，插入到锁紧基座的销锁插入孔中，从而锁定上盖，不能打开，手不能伸进旋转的内桶中，起到充分保护作用，增强了安全性能；当洗衣机非脱水状态时，销锁缩回，其前端面与控制盘座上的凹槽侧壁平齐，上盖可以自由开合。

参见附图，在洗衣机控制盘座1的前端设有一个凹槽7，凹槽侧壁2内安装有可伸缩的销锁3，销锁外套销锁套8；在洗衣机上盖4上设有与控制盘座凹槽7相配合的锁紧基座5，锁紧基座5对应销锁3的位置开有销锁插入孔6。

1.一种洗衣机上盖锁定装置，其特征在于在洗衣机控制盘座上设有一个凹槽，凹槽侧壁内安装有可伸缩的销锁；在洗衣机上盖上设有与控制盘座凹槽相配合的锁紧基座，锁紧基座对应销锁的位置开有销锁插入孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机上盖锁定装置，其特征在于凹槽侧壁内的销锁外套销锁套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机上盖锁定装置，其特征在于控制盘座上的凹槽及上盖上的锁紧基座位于洗衣机前端。
