本实用新型提供了一种限定扭矩式半自动攻丝装置,是在套筒体内安装内滑套,内滑套与丝锥锥柄通过传扭套相连,工件夹紧在三爪卡盘内,并通过法兰盘固定在钻床工作台上。其主要的技术特征是在套筒体的内壁开有环形内槽,套筒体上固定有限定扭矩作用的剪断销钉,剪断销钉与轴承过渡配合将内滑套和套筒体连在一起,轴承安装在内滑套的键槽内,可以变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦。套筒体的内槽为被剪断后的剪断销钉提供足够的旋转空间。

限定扭矩式半自动攻丝装置
本实用新型涉及一种用于加工螺纹的攻丝装置。目前,机械加工中加工螺纹常用的攻丝装置多采用无保护功能的普通攻丝装置,这种攻丝装置在加工时最终都以丝锥的扭断和工件的损坏而告终。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种限定扭矩式攻丝装置,具有自动保护丝锥的功能。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,它包括套筒体、橡胶缓冲垫、内滑套、丝锥、三爪卡盘、紧固螺钉、法兰盘、轴承、剪断销钉等部件,套筒体内安装内滑套,内滑套与丝锥锥柄通过传扭套相连,工件夹紧在三爪卡盘内,并通过法兰盘固定在钻床工作台上。其主要的技术特征是在套筒体的内壁开有环形内槽,套筒体上固定有限定扭矩作用的剪断销钉,剪断销钉与轴承的过渡配合将内滑套和套筒体连在一起,轴承安装在内滑套的键槽内。套筒体的环形内槽为被剪断后的剪断销钉提供足够的旋转空间。

下面结合附图来详细描述本实用新型的具体结构及工作原理。
套筒体1尾部的外莫氏锥与钻床主轴的内莫氏锥相配合,内滑套3安装在套筒体1内,内滑套3的顶端垫上橡胶缓冲垫2,内滑套3与套筒体1间隙配合,内滑套3通过传扭套4与丝锥5相连,在套筒体1内壁上开环形内槽,套筒体上安装限定扭矩的剪断销钉12,销钉下端与轴承11的过渡配合把内滑套3和套筒体1固定在一起,轴承11安装在内滑套的键槽内。将工件6夹紧在三爪卡盘7内,三爪卡盘通过法兰盘10固定在钻床工作台9上,三爪卡盘7和法兰盘10间用紧固螺钉8连接。夹好工件后,手摇钻床手柄使丝锥5轻轻接触工件,启动钻床,丝锥正转,手摇钻床手柄使丝锥切入工件,切入后,放开手柄,丝锥连同传扭套、内滑套在切削力的轴向分力的牵引下一起向下移动。丝锥从工件通过后,掉入开口的钻床工作台内,手动使传扭套和内滑套复位,松开卡盘,卸下工件,从开口的钻床工作台内取出丝锥,把丝锥安装在传扭套内,这样就完成了一个零件的加工过程。
如果丝锥因磨损用钝或其它原因引起剪断销钉12所承受的扭矩增大,当其增大到一定程度,销钉12被剪断,此时,套筒体虽随钻床主轴一起转动,但内滑套已不再旋转,从而有效地保护了丝锥,套筒体1的环形内槽为被剪断的销钉提供了足够的旋转空间。

1、一种限定扭矩式半自动攻丝装置,包含有套筒体、内滑套、丝锥、三爪卡盘、紧固螺钉、法兰盘、轴承、剪断销钉等部件,套筒体(1)内安装内滑套(3),内滑套(3)与丝锥(5)通过传扭套(4)相连,工件(6)夹紧在三爪卡盘(7)内,并通过法兰盘(10)固定在钻床工作台(9)上,其特征是在套筒体(1)的内壁开有环形内槽,套筒体上固定有限定扭矩作用的剪断销钉(12),剪断销钉与轴承(11)过渡配合将内滑套(3)和套筒体(1)连在一起,轴承(11)安装在内滑套(3)的键槽内,可以变滑动摩擦为滚动磨擦。
