射钉枪
本实用新型涉及一种射钉枪，适用于软质薄材料(如纸板、人造薄木板、皮革)跟软质材料的装订。
过去软质材料的固定也多采用铁钉或粘胶固定，特别是用铁钉固定，装钉工需一手拿锤，一手拿灯，操作十分麻烦且不安全。
鉴于现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种操作方便、安全实用的射钉枪。
本实用新型的发明目的通过如下方案实现：该射钉枪在枪体塑壳上包括有扳手、装在塑壳内的强力扭簧，在扳手和塑壳间装有回转弹簧，装在壳体首部的刀片上设有一与扳手末端挑头活动扣接的孔和用来插接强力扭簧的安装孔，推钉器活动安装在塑壳底部的外钉道上，推钉器的尾部设有与塑壳扣接的推钉锁扣。
本实用新型结构简单、使用方便，是软质薄材料与软质材料装钉的理想工具。

下面将结合附图对本实用新型之实施例作进一步说明：
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型的枪体塑壳6用硬塑料浇注而成，扳手7用转轴3与塑壳固定，塑壳尾部装有扳手扣环14，在非工作状态时，扳手扣环14与扳手7扣接。回转弹簧2装在扳手7与塑壳6间。刀片1安装在塑壳6的首部，刀片1上从上而下依次设有与扳手7末端挑头扣接的孔13和用来插接强力扭簧5端部的安装孔12。强力扭簧5固定在塑壳内的轴4上。外钉道10固定在塑壳6底部，推钉器9活动安装在外钉道10上，推钉器9的尾部设有与塑壳6扣接的推钉锁扣8。在安装钉书针时，先握持推钉器锁扣8，用手稍向里压，再往下推，锁扣8与塑壳6脱离，脱扣后拉出推钉器9，装入钉书针再插入推钉器9锁上锁扣8即可。
本实用新型的工作原理如下：按下扳手7时，带动刀片1上升，此时由推钉器9将钉书针11推入刀片1的下方，当刀片1升到一定高度时，扳手7与刀片1脱离，脱离扳手7的刀片1在强力扭簧5的猛烈冲击下，将钉书针11射击射钉枪口，把钉书针11强制压入工作对象。射出钉书针后，释放扳手7，回转弹簧2使扳手7与刀片1重新连接，进入下一周期工作。

Claims (2)

1.一种射钉枪，在枪体塑壳(6)上包括有扳手(7)、装在塑壳(6)内的强力扭簧(5)，在扳手(7)和塑壳(6)间装有回转弹簧(2)，其特征在于：
a：装在壳体首部的刀片(1)上设有一与扳手(7)末端挑头活动扣接的孔(13)和用来插接强力扭簧(5)的安装孔(12)；
b：推钉器(9)活动安装在塑壳底部的外钉道(10)上，推钉器(9)的尾部设有与塑壳扣接的推钉锁扣(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的射钉枪，其特征在于：所述的强力扭簧(5)安装在与塑壳固定的轴(4)上。
