Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种铝窗扇竖型材,它由框体组成,框体侧边有槽口及条形边。由于采用上述结构,条形边在冲压加工后,外扇能紧贴下轨的第一坡面,减少了热能损失,有效阻隔雨水淋溅,槽口内设置橡胶条,能对窗扇在开启过程中起到缓冲效果。窗扇上部伸入上轨道后,条形边内沿处安装密封块,提高了安全性和使用性。

本实用新型属于一种铝型材。
目前各种铝型材门窗很多，但由于其断面结构设计不合理，使其密封性能差，防水保温性低。
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种密闭性好的铝窗扇竖型材，以克服上述问题。
本实用新型是这样构成的：它由框体(1)组成，框体(1)侧边有槽口(2)及条形边(3)。
由于采用上述结构，条形边在冲压加工后，外扇能紧贴下轨的第一坡面，减少了热能损失，有效阻隔雨水淋溅，槽口内设置橡胶条，能对窗扇在开启过程中起到缓冲效果。窗扇上部伸入上轨道后，条形边内沿处安装密封块，提高了安全性和使用性。
