本实用新型涉及一种用于软管包装的膏剂挤净装置,特别是牙膏、鞋油、药物、涂料等日用品的膏料的挤净装置,其特征是在软管物料的尾部置入一塑料气囊,气囊在软管中受压时将能量传到管壁推动膏体外溢,直至将管内膏体完全挤净。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种用于软管包装的膏剂挤净装置，特别是牙膏、鞋油、药物等日用品的膏料的挤净装置。
牙膏是日常生活的必需品，每支牙膏用到顶端时其园形出料口处总是挤压困难，每支约有数克留在管中而弃掉。这种浪费总量是惊人的。特别是挤出的牙膏有彩色线条的产品，由于在出料端增加了分色装置，顶部的余料更难挤出，浪费更大。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种简易的装置，它能有效地使其在挤压到最后时能将余料挤净，且操作省力。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的；在装料的最后，封口之前，将制备的软塑料气囊放入底部再封口。由于气囊在受压时将能量传到管壁，膏状物料被气囊推出，从而达到挤尽牙膏或其它物料的目的。
本实用新型原理和结构简单，仅在生产线的装料后增加放置气囊的工序再封口即告完成。

下面结合图1详细说明本实用新型提出的具体装置的细节及工作情况。
在每支牙膏中，装入一个与包装直径相同的软气囊(即塑料气球)(1)，置于填料后预留的空隙中再封口(2)，在挤压到最后，由气囊替代膏料所占位置，从而有效地实现了本实用新型的目的。
