本实用新型的技术解决方案如下：在硬质的牙膏筒体内设有可上下移动的活塞，与筒体构成密封滑动副，牙膏筒体的前端为密封盖。
在大于大气压力的状态下将牙膏膏体充入牙膏筒体，同时将活塞推压到筒底，当开牙膏的密封盖时，在大气压力的作用下，底部的活塞上移将牙膏推出，实现自动挤出牙膏的功能。
本实用新型的积极效果在于：利用大气压力均匀地将牙膏挤出，保持了筒体美观不变形，采用活塞滑动摩擦副，保证了牙膏膏体不粘筒壁，避免了牙膏浪费。
