Abstract
冰箱用整体注塑边框玻璃隔层是一种专用于冰箱的防碰撞、防滑落、防磨损的玻璃隔层,塑料边框为一个整体包在玻璃板的四周,玻璃板的边嵌入塑料边框的边中,使玻璃板与塑料边框形成一个整体。塑料边框的两侧下部分别设有两个挡块,在塑料边框的前侧上部设有一限位条,该限位条与挡块均与塑料边框注塑成一个整体。
Description
本实用新型是一种用于电冰箱内活动隔层用的玻璃层架，尤其是一种具有防碰撞、防滑落的玻璃隔层。
一般的电冰箱里的冷藏室，为了能多放一些物品，均设有一个或多个层架隔板，为了延长这些层架隔板的使用寿命，因此这些隔板大多用玻璃制作，但直接将玻璃作为隔板使用又存在以下的缺点。第一是经常将玻璃隔板抽出清洗时，玻璃的硬边直接与冰箱的内胆磨擦，易造成冰箱的塑料内胆的磨损。第二是将玻璃隔层取出清洗时，由于玻璃的边比较硬，极易将玻璃的边碰坏或碰坏其它物品。第三是该玻璃隔层由于没有突出的边，并且又很滑，因此也较容易滑落，将玻璃隔层损坏，同时又损坏层架上的物品。
本实用新型的发明目的就是提供一种不易被碰坏且使用可靠，取出或放进冰箱时对冰箱没有硬磨损的冰箱用整体注塑边框玻璃隔层。
本实用新型的冰箱用整体注塑边框玻璃隔层主要由玻璃板和塑料边框组合而成，塑料边框为一个整体包在玻璃板的四周，玻璃板的边嵌入塑料边框的边中，使玻璃板与塑料边框形成一个整体。塑料边框的两侧下部分别设有两个挡块，在塑料边框的前侧上部设有一限位条，该限位条与挡块均与塑料边框注塑成一个整体。
本实用新型的优点在于：
1.不易被碰坏：由于有了整体的塑料边框，当隔层取出清洗时，与墙壁或地面或其它物品相接触的是玻璃板四周的塑料边框，而不是玻璃，因此玻璃隔层不易被碰坏，同时也不易将与之相接触的物品碰坏。
2.使用可靠：由于塑料边框是整体包覆在玻璃板的四周，将玻璃板与塑料边框连成一个整体，因此使用时只要抓住凸出玻璃板的塑料边框，该隔层就不易从手中滑落，使用既可靠又安全。
3.不易损坏冰箱：由于在玻璃板的四周设有整体的塑料边框，因此在将该隔层取出或插入时，不会对冰箱的内胆产生损伤，可延长电冰箱的使用寿命。

本实用新型的实施方案如下：
玻璃板2采用“PMG应力强化玻璃”，先将该玻璃按冰箱内胆的尺寸裁切加工后，在注塑机上采用专用模具对玻璃板的四周注塑形成整体边框，同时将玻璃与塑料边框形成一个整体，不可拆卸。另外，塑料边框上的挡块和限位条也同时一并注塑成型。根据以上所述便可实现本实用新型。
Claims (2)
1.一种冰箱用整体注塑边框玻璃隔层，由玻璃板和塑料边框组合而成，其特征在于塑料边框(1)为一个整体包在玻璃板(2)的四周，玻璃板(2)的边嵌入塑料边框(1)的边中，使玻璃板(2)与塑料边框(1)形成一个整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱用整体注塑边框玻璃隔层，其特征在于塑料边框(1)的两侧下部分别设有两个挡块(11)，在塑料边框(1)的前侧上部设有一限位条(12)，该限位条(12)与挡块(11)均与塑料边框注塑成一个整体。
