一种双通式全玻璃真空集热管,包括一层透光玻璃管,透光玻璃管内封接一根吸光镀膜玻璃管,镀膜玻璃管分为两段,被弹簧金属管连接,当镀膜玻璃管受热膨胀时,弹簧金属管受压变形,消除镀膜玻璃管的膨胀量,以解决单头开口式全玻璃真空集热管的缺点,具有提高加热效率的功能。

双通式全玻璃真空集热管
本实用新型涉及一种双通式全玻璃真空集热管,属提高集热效率,节约能源的产品。
目前市场上出售的太阳能热水器,所采用的全玻璃真空集热管都是单端开口,另一头封闭的结构。这种结构的真空管内的水不能循环流动,只是依靠热传导的方式达到加热的目的,所以加热速度相对低下,限制了光热转化的应用效果。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种两端开口的双通式全玻璃真空集热管。
该真空管通过在内层镀膜玻璃管上连接一个具有弹簧结构金属管的特殊设计,克服了现全玻璃真空集热管在工作时,外层玻璃管温度低于内层镀膜玻璃管的温度,使内层镀膜玻璃管的膨胀量大于外层玻璃管的膨胀量,只能单端开口,而另一端封闭以消除膨胀所带来的问题。从而将单端开口的全玻璃真空集热管,改变为两端开口的全玻璃真空集热管。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案,现结合附图加以说明。

如附图所示,该双通式全玻璃真空集热管包括透光玻璃管1,透光玻璃管1的两端,分别与镀膜玻璃管2封接。在镀膜玻璃管中间封接弹簧金属管3,当镀膜玻璃管2受热膨胀时,弹簧金属管3受压,消除膨胀变形,从而克服了因受热膨胀玻璃管破裂,只能制作单端开口的全玻璃真空集热管的技术问题,进一步提高加热效率。
本实用新型设计合理,制造工艺能够实现,是一种十分理想的光热转化,利用太阳能的产品。

1、双通式玻璃真空集热管,包括一透光玻璃管(1),透光玻璃管(1)内设置有镀膜玻璃管(2),镀膜玻璃(2)中间连接有弹簧金属管(3),透光玻璃(1)和镀膜玻璃(2)封接后抽真空,本实用新型的特征是,镀膜玻璃(2)中间连接有弹簧金属管(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双通式全玻璃真空集热管,其特征在于,所说的镀膜玻璃管(2)中间连接有弹簧金属管(3),镀膜玻璃管(2)两端与透光玻璃(1)两端封接。
