一种水果、蔬菜两用削皮刀,刀体的横断面呈半圆凹槽状,在刀体的两端分别设置有刀尖和呈圆锥形的手柄,在刀体的两侧分别设置有刀刃,在刀体上设置有纵向长方形出皮孔,在出皮孔的长边边缘处设置有刀刃,它不仅能够削去苹果、梨、甜瓜等水果的外皮,而且也能够削去萝卜、马铃薯、竹笋等蔬菜根茎的外皮,同时还能够剜除水果表面的凹坑、伤疤和水果内部的果核、虫蛀孔等,并且具有切削功能,不但右手可以使用,而且左手也可以使用,体积小,重量轻,携带使用方便。

水果、蔬菜两用削皮刀
本实用新型涉及一种能够削去水果、蔬菜根茎外皮的刀具。
目前有一种水果削皮刀，它由刀体与手柄相套接构成，刀体为半圆凹槽形状，其前端设置有刀尖，在刀体的两侧分别设置有齿状刀刃，在刀体中央部位按纵向设置一个条形刀刃，它只能够削去表面光滑水果的外皮，而不能够削除凸凹处的外皮和伤疤。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种即能够削去水果外皮又能够削去蔬菜根茎外皮的两用削皮刀。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在呈半圆凹槽状的刀体的两端分别设置有刀尖和呈圆锥筒状的手柄，在刀体的两侧分别设置有刀刃，在刀体的中央部位按纵向设置一长方形的出皮孔，在纵向长方形出皮孔的一侧长边上设置有刀刃，其刀刃一侧的高度高于相对一侧的高度，手柄前堵和装有挂环的手柄后堵分别与手柄的前端及后端相固定。
由于采用上述方案，它不仅能够削去水果(苹果、梨、甜瓜等)的外皮而且也能够削去蔬菜根茎(萝卜、马苓薯、竹笋等)的外皮，同时还能够剜除凹坑、伤疤、果核、虫蛀孔[等)，并具有切削功能，不仅右手可以使用，而且左手也可以使用，体积小，重量轻，携带使用方便。

在图1和图2所示的第一个实施例中，刀体(1)的横断面呈半圆凹槽状，在刀体(1)的两端分别设置有刀尖(1)和呈圆锥筒状的手柄(3)，在刀体(1)的两侧分别设置有刀刃(8)，在刀体(1)的中央部位按纵向设置一条长方形的出皮孔，在纵向长方形出皮孔的一侧长边上设置有刀刃(6)，其刀刃(6)的高度高于相对一侧的边缘，手柄前堵(2)和装有挂环(5)的手柄后堵(4)分别与手柄(3)的前端及后端相固定。
实施例2
除在刀体(1)纵向长方形出皮孔的另一侧长边上设置有刀刃，其刀刃的高度高于相对一侧的边缘外，其他结构与实施例1相同。

1、一种水果、蔬菜两用削皮刀，其特征是在呈半圆凹槽状的刀体(1)的两端分别设置有刀尖(7)和呈圆锥筒状的手柄(3)，在刀体(1)的两侧分别设置有刀刃(8)，在刀体(1)的中央部位按纵向设置一个长方形的出皮孔，在纵向长方形出皮孔的一侧长边上设置有刀刃(6)，其刀刃(6)的高度高于相对一侧的边缘，手柄前堵(2)和装有挂环(5)的手柄后堵(4)分别与手柄(3)的前端及后端相固定。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水果、蔬菜两用削皮刀，其特征是在刀体(1)纵向长方形出皮孔的另一侧长边上设置有刀刃，其刀刃的高度高于相对一侧的边缘。
