Abstract
本实用新型公开一种风冷式电冰箱,具体讲是关于蒸发器安装结构的改进,它包括压缩机,箱体及门,蒸发器固定在一隔热座和盖构成的夹层腔内,两者可拆卸式联接,隔热座与冰箱体之间也是可拆卸联接,这样,箱体的发泡工艺更为简单,蒸发器和风扇的安装和维修更方便。
Description
本实用新型公开一种风冷式电冰箱，具体讲是关于蒸发器的安装结构的改进设计。
现有技术中，蒸发器大多在冰箱箱体发泡成形过程中被固定在间室隔层中，这一方面要求发泡工艺严格，另一方面，蒸发器一旦出现故障，检修十分困难。
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种便于安装、维修蒸发器、风扇的风冷式电冰箱。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种电冰箱，它包括压缩机、箱体及门，其特征在于：隔热座上设有可拆卸的隔热座盖，蒸发器固定在隔热座和盖构成的空腔内隔热座低侧部与冰箱内胆侧壁上的沟槽嵌合，隔热座、盖的前部设有向上、向下的通风口，蒸发器后部的隔热座、盖构成的腔室内有风扇，风扇的排风端对着冰箱后壁上风道吹风口。
由上述技术方案可知，蒸发器和风扇独立固定在一隔热座上的，其上安装有一可拆卸的隔热盖，冰箱内胆的侧壁上设有相应的固定沟槽用来放置隔热座，这样，冰箱的发泡模具及发泡制作工艺得以简化，隔热座、盖可分别加工，然后将它们安装固定，另外，该结构也有利拆卸，对蒸发器和风扇的维修带来很大方便。

实施例
参见图1、2，它包括压缩机20，箱体10，隔热座50上设有可拆卸的隔热座盖60，蒸发器30固定在隔热座50、盖60构成的空腔内，隔热座50下侧部位与冰箱内胆上的沟槽11可拆卸式嵌合，隔热座50，盖60的一端设有通向蒸发器30的回风通路51、61，蒸发器30后部有风扇40，风扇40的排风端对着冰箱胆壁内风道的入风口。
上述隔热座50，盖60上的回风通路51、61靠近门体的前端，风扇40靠近后壁处且其排风端指向后壁上的风道入风口。
参见图3，将蒸发器40预装入隔热座内，然后整体推入发泡箱体10内，与回流管焊接后，将隔热盖60盖上即完成装配。同时，隔热座50、盖60的隔层起到间室隔板的作用。

1.一种风冷式电冰箱，它包括压缩机(20)，箱体(10)，其特征在于：隔热座(50)上设有可拆卸的隔热座盖(60)，蒸发器(30)固定在上述隔热座、盖(50)、(60)所构成的空腔内，隔热座(50)下侧部位与冰箱内胆上的沟槽(11)可拆卸式嵌合，隔热座(50)、盖(60)的一端设有通向蒸发器(30)的回风通路(51)、(61)，蒸发器(30)另一端有风扇(40)，风扇(40)的排风端对着冰箱胆壁内风道的入风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风冷式电冰箱，其特征在于：上述隔热座(50)、盖(60)上的回风通路(51)、(61)靠近门体的前端，风扇(40)靠近后壁处且其排风端指向后壁上的风道入风口。
