本产品属于一种井下电缆,其结构由六层组成,中心为导线,导线外为绝缘层,绝缘层外为抗震层,抗震层外为抗压层,抗压层外为左旋抗拉力层,最后为右旋抗拉力层。优点:导电性能好,绝缘性能好,拉力大,抗震性能好,不易损坏,寿命长等优点。

油田测井射孔抗震电缆
本实用新型属于一种井下电缆,适合油田测井作业时井下使用。
目前,测井射孔所使用的电缆均为普通电缆,射孔测并所有的供电、信号传输用的导线,其结构只有导线、绝缘层,同时有填充线绳及抗拉力线(左旋)(右旋)组成导线绝缘层,此种电缆结构较简单,生产容易,成本低,但其不足是经震动后和受压后极易损坏,经常由于电缆在作业过程中损坏,给正常的测井射孔带来不便,或造成经济上的损失。
为解决以上普通电缆之不足,本实用新型的目的提供一种测井射孔抗震电缆,在电缆内部采用了抗震的防护,采用新材料及绞合结构,实现了导电性能好,抗拉力大,不易损坏的目的。
本实用新型之结构设计是这样实现的:测井射孔抗震电缆其结构由六层组成,中心部分为导电芯,由导电好的金属材料制成,由一芯至多芯,导电芯的外面为绝缘层,可由丙烯、乙烯聚合物、橡胶等绝缘性能好的材质制成,绝缘层外为抗震层,抗震层可为橡胶、橡塑等强度大、弹力好的绝缘耐温、耐油材料制成,抗震层外为抗压层,抗压层外左旋抗拉力层,最外一层为右旋抗拉力层,左右旋抗拉力层经分层绞合铠装而成。
本实用新型与已有技术比较有如下优点:导电性能好,绝缘性能好,拉力大,抗震性能好,不易损坏,寿命长等优点。

其结构是8为单芯导电芯,7为单芯导电芯绝缘层,6为三芯导电芯,5为三芯导电芯绝缘层,4为抗压层,3为抗震层,2为左旋抗拉力层,1为右旋抗拉力层,其中3为硫化抗震层,4为缠绕抗压层,5、7为经绞合挤注绝缘层,1为抗震电缆导线,外面为铠装左右旋抗拉力层,经过多次井下使用,抗震性能特别好。

1.一种油田测井射孔抗震电缆,其特征是:测井射孔抗震电缆其结构由六层组成,中心部分为导电芯(8)(6),由导电好的金属材料制成,由一芯至多芯,导电芯的外面为绝缘层(5)(7),可由丙烯、乙烯聚合物、橡胶等绝缘性能好的材质制成,绝缘层外为抗震层(4),抗震层可为橡胶、橡塑等强度大、弹力好的绝缘耐温、耐油材料制成,抗震层(4)外为抗压层(3),抗压层(3)外这左旋抗拉力层(2),最外一层为右旋抗拉力层(1),左右旋抗拉力层经分层绞合铠装而成。
