目前用于显微镜观察、显微注射转基因及微量细胞培养的凹玻片其形状如图4所示,玻面1上的下凹部3有2或四个,凹部平面呈圆形,底部呈圆弧形。这种凹玻片用于显微镜观察或微量细胞培养、显微注射转基因,细胞集中在圆弧的底面,不便于观察或分离。现有一种如图5所示的专利产品,玻面1上有下凹部3平面呈长方形,底部也呈长方形。这种凹玻片用于显微镜观察或微量细胞培养,细胞分散在整个长方形底面,也不便于观察、操作或寻找,并还有死角存在。
本实用新型的目的是根据上述凹玻片所存在的问题,旨在提供一种便于观察、操作或寻找细胞的凹玻片。
本实用新型目的的实现方式为,凹玻片,玻片1上有下凹部3,凹部3平面呈跑道形,底面呈长弧面。
