混凝土屋顶、楼面施工金属组合专用模具
本实用新型涉及混凝土浇注模具,特别是一种混凝土屋顶,楼面施工金属组合专用模具。
传统的混凝土浇注模具一般采用木质或钢制平板,用这种模具浇注出的屋顶,楼面一般呈平面状,从而导致建筑物内部有更多的压力,需要用大量的钢筋水泥。另外,这种模具在施工时,安装工艺比较复杂,对工人技术要求高,需要很多支撑架部件,工作量大,耗材多,许多材料只能使用一次,浪费很大。
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述背景技术存在的不足,提出一种混凝土屋顶、楼面施工金属组合专用模具,使其不但能简化工艺,节约用材,提高工效,而且还能在等量建筑物条件下,大幅度降低混凝土和钢筋用量。
针对上述发明目的,本实用新型采用如下方案;一种混凝土屋顶、楼面施工金属组合专用模具,其特征是它由拱形波纹金属扣板模、V型梁模和撑架以及支撑构件组成,所述V型梁模敞口端两外侧有呈阶梯状的折边,所述撑架由两个连为一体的支腿构成,两支腿的顶端可分别支撑在V型梁模折边下表面的根部,扣板模的两头可搭在相邻两梁模对应的阶梯状折边上,撑架由支撑构件支撑。
在上述方案中,所述V型转换梁模的敞口端两外侧有折边,该折边能放置在V型梁模阶梯状折边上。
在上述方案中,所述支撑构件由枕木和支撑托架组成,上述枕木水平放置在支撑托架顶部,所述撑架放置在枕木上。
本实用新型与背景技术相比,其主要特征表现在以下几个方面。
1、利用金属板材机制成拱形波纹扣板模,替代胶合板材料(制做混凝土屋顶面,楼面浇注专用模板);
2、利用金属板材机制成V形框架梁模,替代胶合板材料(制做混凝土密肋梁浇注专用梁模);
3、制做成形的混凝土屋顶面,楼面浇注专用模板和梁模体相互卡夹在一起,在与撑架、支撑构件结合,形成混凝土建筑屋顶,楼面浇注模基;
4、机制成形波纹,拱(弧)形专用扣板模、专用梁模的相互结合是利用拱形原理,用同等量的混凝土和钢筋能建造出将近双倍的建筑物。该组合专用模具体积小,重量轻,不易变形,不易损耗,能循环使用。
本实用新型的有益效果在于使设计师们,建筑师们利用拱(弧)形波纹扣板模及梁模来设计,建造具有更少悬吊力,更大支撑力,更小震动效应,更大连接处使整个屋顶面、楼面增加双倍效力,消减了平板所产生的内部压力。
以下结合附图所示实施例,详细描述本实用新型的结构和工作原理。
图1是本实用新型分解立体图。
图2是本实用新型组装后放入钢筋准备浇注混凝土状态立体图。
图3是转换梁模与梁模结合状态立体图。
图4是本实用新型组装后从下往向投影立体图。
参照图1、图2和图4,本实用新型分为三部分组成。一是利用铝合金板材制成的拱形波纹扣板模4,即先机制成波纹形,使一张铝合金板材形成一系列小拱形波纹,以获得比平胶合板强数倍以上的载重力;然后在先机制成形的基础上机制成弧形,也就是在一系列小拱形波纹的基础上增加弧度,增强更大的载重力。二是利用铝合金板材机制成V型梁模5。三是利用铝合金板材机制成撑架3。
本实用新型的撑架3由支撑构件支撑,支撑构件由支撑托架1和撑托枕木2组成,也可以是现有的普通支撑杆。撑架3两支腿的顶端支撑在梁模5折边8下表面根部的槽内,拱形波纹扣板模4扣在相邻两梁模5间的折边8上,使撑架3、梁模5和扣板模4相互结合在一起,由支撑构件支撑,达到设计、建筑施工所需水平高度,再配上梁主筋6、板筋7、便可进行混凝土浇注。完成混凝土浇注工艺后是混凝土养生期。养生期到后是拆模。拆模首先放出支撑托架1,拆下枕木2,拆下撑架3,再拆下梁模5,最后拆下拱形波纹扣板模4,便完成拆模工序。
参照图3,在所述梁模5内还可装有V型转换梁模9,供不同规格的模梁使用。
众所周知世界上最安全的建筑物,是拱梁楼面,其安全系数来自拱形的承受力。该金属组合专用模具正是发挥拱形的力量,将拱形和弧形置于悬吊混凝土平板下方,从而用更少量的混凝土获得更强载重力量的屋顶面和楼面。

1、一种混凝土屋顶、楼面施工金属组合专用模具,其特征是它由拱形波纹金属扣板模、V型梁模和撑架以及支撑构件组成,所述V型梁模敞口端两外侧有呈阶梯状的折边,所述撑架由两个连为一体的支腿构成,两支腿的顶端可分别支撑在V型梁模折边下表面的根部,扣板模的两头可搭在相邻两梁模对应的阶梯状折边上,撑架由支撑构件支撑。
2、按照权利要求1所述混凝土屋顶、楼面施工金属组合专用模具,其特征是在所述V型梁模内还装有V型转换梁模,所述V型转换梁模的敞口端两外侧有折边,该折边能放置在V型梁模阶梯状折边上。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述混凝土屋顶、楼面施工金属组合专用模具,其特征是所述支撑构件由枕木和支撑托架组成,上述枕木水平放置在支撑托架顶部,所述撑架放置在枕木上。
