Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种紧凑型荧光灯。这种紧凑型荧光灯的灯管与灯塑壳底座连接不用胶水粘接,且塑壳底座四周边缘有散热窗;电子镇流器电路板密封在灯塑壳顶盖内,与塑壳底座内装的灯管用隔热材料制作的隔热密封片密封隔离着。这种紧凑型荧光灯的电子镇流器电路板避开了高温环境的影响,抗潮湿性能好,灯的寿命长。

紧凑型荧光灯
本实用新型涉及一种荧光灯,尤其是一种长寿命的紧凑型荧光灯。
目前,公知公用的紧凑型荧光灯主要由塑料灯壳,电子镇流器电路板和紧凑型荧光管(U型、螺旋型等)一体化紧凑地组合在一起。它由荷兰菲利浦公司研制成功,经过十几年的推广,至今已经遍及全世界。这种紧凑型荧光灯的构造存在着两个缺点:一是这种紧凑型荧光灯的灯管与灯塑壳底座采用胶水粘接,散热性能差,工艺流程长;二是灯管的端部与电子镇流器电路板共处在同一塑壳腔体内,使电路板上的电子元件工作在高温环境下,较容易损坏,导致这种紧凑型荧光灯寿命短。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种灯管与塑壳结构无需胶接,工艺科学,散热抗潮性能好,电路板受灯管温度影响小,工作可靠,寿命长的紧凑型荧光灯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在紧凑型荧光灯塑壳底座的灯管穿孔周边上设计有数个瓣状卡片,其外边套装有弹簧卡,将塑壳底座与灯管卡牵在一起;又在塑壳底座的周边开出数个散热窗口,并在其上装一石棉隔热片,起到隔热散热保护电路板的作用。
由于采用上述方案,无需在塑壳灯座与灯管上涂胶水,即可将灯管装牵在塑壳底座上;灯亮时,灯管产生热量被石棉隔热片隔住,从散热窗散发到灯壳之外,从而实现了本实用新型的目的。
下面结合附图1至附图4对本实用新型进一步说明。

附图1至附图4中:1是塑壳顶盖,2是电子镇流器电路板组件,3是隔热密封片,4是带散热窗的塑壳底座,5是弹簧箍,6是灯管。其塑壳顶盖下部内有一台阶(1a),隔热密封片与之粘接在一起;塑壳底座带有散热窗(4a),灯管穿孔(4b)周边有数个瓣状卡片(4c)。
实施中:弹簧箍将灯管(6)与塑壳底座(4)卡牢;塑壳底座(4)压人顶盖(1)内胶接在隔热密封片(3)上。为了使灯管(6)与塑壳底座(4)更牢固地卡接在一起,其外壳底座(4)的灯管穿孔(4b)上边缘的瓣状卡片(4c)数量应为两瓣以上且每瓣上部有牙槽为佳,外套弹簧箍(5)以获得较好的散热性和牢固性;隔热密封片(3)应使用石棉板之类的隔热材料制作,其大小应当与塑壳顶盖(1)下部的台阶(1a)外径大小相当;电子镇流器电路板(2)装入灯塑壳顶盖(1)后应用胶水将隔热密封片(3)密封性粘牢在塑壳顶盖(1)下部内台阶(1a)处;连接灯丝的四条连接线应外套绝缘管穿过隔热密封片(3),并用胶水点封穿孔处;最后在隔热密封片的周边上涂一圈胶水,把塑壳底座(4)压入顶盖(1)内。

Claims (5)

1、一种紧凑型荧光灯,其特征在于紧凑型荧光灯塑壳底座的灯管穿孔周边设计有数个瓣状卡片,其外边套装有弹簧卡,将塑壳底座与灯管卡牵在一起;又在塑壳底壳的周边开出数个散热窗口,并在其上装一石棉隔热片。
2、按照权利要求1所述的紧凑型荧光灯,其特征在于灯管与紧凑型荧光灯塑壳底座连接只使用瓣状卡片夹紧,不使用弹簧箍,但使用弹簧箍后更牢固。
3.按照权利要求1所述的紧凑型荧光灯,其特征在于塑壳底座灯管穿孔周边设计的瓣状卡片每孔为两片以上。
4.按照权利要求1所述的紧凑型荧光灯,其特征在于塑壳底座上开出的散热窗至少有一个。
5、按照权利要求1所述的紧凑型荧光灯,其特征在于散热窗与紧凑型荧光灯的塑壳底座为一体,与塑壳顶盖内腔间用隔热片密封且该隔热密封片是使用隔热材料制成的,底座及散热窗可以设计成各种造型。
