本实用新型提供了一种塑胶管连接阀门,它包括阀体和连接管,连接管内侧设置一个衬管,连接管的外端设有活帽。本塑胶管连接阀门可直接与塑胶管连接,操作方便、密封性好,具有较高的实用价值。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种阀门，特别是用于塑胶管连接的阀门。
普通的阀门，其连接的管子一般是金属制成的。金属管子尽管具有安装方便、使用寿命长等优点，但是在许多场合，由于金属管子容易生锈，会污染管内流液。特别是自来水管，往往从自来水公司中放出的自来水是符合标准的，但是经过自来水管后到达居民家中，就变成浑浊的、有许多铁锈的水。因此，金属管子易生锈的问题已经成为制约其进一步发展的致命缺陷。现在，已经出现了用不会生锈的塑胶管代替金属管的趋势。由于在塑胶管上不能刻螺纹，因此目前塑胶管与阀门之间的连接是通过一个中间件来完成的。这种方式既操作麻烦、使用成本高，又使管子与阀门之间的密封性下降。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题，提供一种能够直接连接塑胶管的阀门。
本实用新型的目的是采用下列技术方案实现的：本塑胶连接阀门包括阀体和阀体侧部的连接管，连接管内侧设置衬管，连接管的外端设有活帽。本阀门与塑胶管连接时，首先在塑胶管的管头处套一个管套，然后将阀门的衬管插入塑胶管中，最后用活帽套在塑胶管上并通过螺纹与连接管连接。这样就实现了塑胶管与阀门的连接。
本塑胶管连接阀门由于可直接与塑胶管连接，故操作方便，且密封性好。同时，阀体的结构基本不变，因此实施容易，具有较高的实用价值。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作详细说明。
图1是本实用新型提供的塑胶管连接阀门的示意图。
图2是塑胶管管头的剖视图。
图3是塑胶管连接阀门与塑胶管连接的示意图。
如图1所示，本塑胶管连接阀门包括阀体(1)、连接管(2)、衬管(3)和活帽(5)，阀体(1)可以是各种类型的。本实施例中，连接管(2)与衬管(3)之间的间隙通过O形密封圈(6)密封。
如图2所示，在塑胶管(7)与阀门连接时，塑胶管(7)的管头套一管套(4)。管套(4)起保护作用，可以防止塑胶管(7)受压破裂。
如图3所示，实际进行连接时，首先将活帽(5)套入塑胶管(7)中；然后利用管套(4)的弹性将管套(4)紧扣在塑胶管(7)管头；最后，把衬管(3)插入塑胶管(7)内，并使活帽(5)通过螺纹紧旋在连接管(2)上。衬管(3)插入塑胶管(7)内是起支撑作用，防止塑胶管(7)管口受压破裂。

1、一种塑胶管连接阀门，包括阀体(1)和阀体(1)侧部的连接管(2)，其特征在于连接管(2)内侧设置一个衬管(3)，连接管(2)的外端设有活帽(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的塑胶管连接阀门，其特征在于所述的连接管(2)与衬管(3)之间的间隙通过O形密封圈(6)密封。
