本实用新型涉及一种节能真空窗。该窗包括窗扇、玻璃。其特点是窗扇框架的正、反二面均有平台(槽)、玻璃分别密封安装在窗扇框架正、反二面的平台(槽)上,从而形成一个中空封闭的窗扇,在窗扇框架的立边上装有抽真空阀,即构成单框双层玻璃的真空窗。本实用新型通过抽真空的方法将双层玻璃之间的空气抽尽,做到了即比现有的双框双层玻璃窗节省材料,又比它保温效果好,并且完全克服了结露结霜现象。

真空窗
本实用新型涉及一种节能窗——真空窗。
众所周知,人们在建筑房屋时为提高室内的保温效果,都是采用双层窗。双层窗即双层框、双层玻璃,中部都不是真空的。在使用中人们发现随着室内外温差、温度的变化窗子上会产生结露、结霜现象;双层窗子中间由于空气的流通也降低了保温效果。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种真空窗,以提高双层窗的保温效果,克服结露、结霜的不足,从而达到节能的目的。
本实用新型——真空窗包括窗扇、玻璃。其特点是窗扇框架的正、反二面均有平台(槽),玻璃分别密封安装在窗扇框架正、反二面的平台(槽)上,从而形成一个中空封闭的窗扇,在窗扇框架的立边上装有抽真空阀,即构成真空窗。
本实用新型是单框双层玻璃的真空窗,通过抽真空的方法将窗子双层玻璃之间的空气抽尽,做到即比现有的双框双玻璃窗节省原材料,又比它保温效果好,并且完全克服了结露结霜现象,满足了节能要求,实现了本实用新型的发明目的。

本实用新型——真空窗的窗扇框架1用金属或非金属材料制做均可,窗扇框架1的正反二面均有安装玻璃的平台(或安装玻璃的槽),玻璃6可用胶粘分别安装在窗扇框架1的正、反二面的平台上或槽里,使其形成一个中空封闭的单框双层玻璃的窗扇。在窗扇框架1立边上合适的位置设有抽真空阀2,抽真空阀2是单向阀,通过抽真空阀2可以将窗扇玻璃之间中空封闭的空气抽尽形成真空窗。在窗扇面积比较大及玻璃厚度比较薄的情况下,为了克服大气压强对玻璃产生的压力,窗扇框架1中设有窗棱3,由窗棱3组合成各种平面几何形状的窗格。为了使玻璃所受的压力一致,窗格与窗格间的窗棱3上都设有小孔4,使整个真空窗的真空压强保持一致。为了美观和增加真空窗的强度,真空窗的窗扇框架的周边安装有装饰型材5。真空窗的安装及密封可采用现有技术中比较合适的结构。本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,坚固耐用。

1、一种真空窗,包括窗扇、玻璃,其特征是窗扇框架(1)的正、反二面均有平台(槽),玻璃(6)分别密封安装在窗扇框架正、反二面的平台(槽)上,从而形成一个中空封闭的窗扇。
2、根据权利要求1所述的真空窗,其特征是在窗扇框架(1)的立边上装有抽真空阀(2)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所的真空窗,其特征是窗扇框架中设有窗棱(3)。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的真空窗,其特征是真空窗的窗扇框架的周边安装有装饰型材(5)。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的真空窗,其特征是窗棱(3)上设有小孔(4)。
