铝塑冷桥保温门窗
本实用新型属于建筑门窗技术领域,具体涉及铝合金型材与PVC塑料型材复合结构的中空冷桥节能保温推拉门窗。
建筑业目前使用的新型节能门窗类型很多,按材质分有塑钢门窗,铝塑复合门窗,不锈钢塑料复合门窗。按开启方式分有平开式、推拉式、提拉式、旋转式;采用单框双玻结构。塑钢门窗外观不美,各项性能有代提高,不锈钢塑料门窗成本造价高,生产工艺繁所。铝塑复合门窗,冷桥断热不够合理,并且成本造价高。
本实用新型的目的是根据北方地区的气候条件,针对上述各种门窗不同特点,提供一种节能、保温、性能好,美观实用,结构合理简单,成本低的铝塑冷桥保温门窗。
铝塑冷桥保温门窗包括框、扇,框扇均由铝合金型材构成内加PVC塑料型材断热。铝合金型材与PVC塑料型材插接后压合,窗扇采用双玻结构。
本实用新型外表面全部采用铝合金型材,达到了外观精美,防腐耐久的目的。而框扇中用的PVC塑料型材的传热系数远远低于铝合金材料,又采用了环型密封和中空玻璃,所以其保温效果要好得很多,在结构设计上采用了断面简单却大大增加性能和功能。
下面组合附图和实施方式进一步说明本实用新型的结构。

框下滑由铝型材1、4中间插接PVC塑料型材2、3后压合构成。框上滑由铝型材11中间插接PVC塑料型材2、12后压合构成;框边由铝型材13中间插接PVC塑料型材14后压合构成;扇上下边由铝型材8、9中间插接PVC塑料型材5压合构成,扇光边由铝型材15、8中间插接PVC塑料型材5后压合构成,扇勾边由铝型材16、17中间插接PVC塑料型材5后压合构成,框扇断桥型材构成后以螺丝组角。框扇之间用毛条10作环型密封,其目的都是为了降低热传导率,使门窗的各项性能更好。
本实用新型外观精美,结构简单,制作安装省力,开启方便、成本造价低的优点。是目前国家建设部《民用建筑顾能设计标准(采暖属住部分)》对门窗的节能要求而开发的新型产品。

Claims (2)

1.一种冷桥断热保温门窗,包括窗框,窗扇、窗扇采用单框双玻璃结构,其特征在于中间环型密封毛条所接触的都是PVC塑料型材断热后的接面。
2.根据权利要求:所述的复合保温窗,其特征在于它还包括窗框扇之间的PVC塑料型材,使两侧的铝型材全部断开。
