自行车前叉肩盖
本实用新型涉及了一种自行车前叉肩盖，特别是用于改进了的自行车前叉肩盖。
现有技术中的自行车前叉肩盖如图1所示，该种自行车前叉肩盖的结构是由带凸缘101的竖管10挤入肩盖20过盈配合，凸缘卡在肩盖孔底边缘兼起防拉脱作用，此结构使用过久后，易出现破坏现象——如旋转等。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种强度更高、寿命更长的自行车前叉肩盖。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下的技术方案来实现的：本实用新型的自行车前叉肩盖，包括肩盖、竖管、防脱扣环和加强盖，竖管插入肩盖内过盈配合，竖管一端外壁设有凸台及环形沟槽，肩盖中心孔的内侧壁边缘设有凹槽；所述凸台嵌入所述凹槽中，加强盖嵌于竖管内侧与肩盖配合处，防脱扣环位于肩盖与竖管之间的环形沟槽内。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有结构合理、强度更高、寿命更长等优点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述：如图2和图3所示，本实用新型包括肩盖30、竖管40、防脱扣环50和加强盖60，竖管40插入肩盖30内过盈配合；竖管40一端外壁设有凸台401及环形沟槽402，肩盖30中心孔的内侧壁边缘设有凹槽301；装配后，防脱扣环50卡在竖管40一端的环形沟槽402内，扣环50的一部分凸出于竖管壁外卡住肩盖30，所述凸台401嵌入所述凹槽301中，加强盖60嵌于竖管40内侧与肩盖30配合处，防脱扣环50位于肩盖30与竖管40之间的环形沟槽402内。这样，可防止其受力时竖管40与肩盖30被拉脱。最后竖管内腔压入加强盖60，撑开竖管壁，可增强肩盖30与竖管40间的配合强度及增强侧向抵抗力。

1、一种自行车前叉肩盖，包括肩盖(30)、竖管(40)、防脱扣环(50)和加强盖(60)，竖管(40)插入肩盖(30)内过盈配合，其特征在于：竖管(40)一端外壁设有凸台(401)及环形沟槽(402)，肩盖(30)中心孔的内侧壁边缘设有凹槽(301)；所述凸台(401)嵌入所述凹槽(301)中，加强盖(60)嵌于竖管(40)内侧与肩盖(30)配合处，防脱扣环(50)位于肩盖(30)与竖管(40)之间的环形沟槽(402)内。
