卧式高效热管燃油燃气锅炉
本实用新型属于供暖用的热水锅炉,特别涉及一种用高效热管作为传热体的卧式高效热管燃油燃气锅炉。
目前燃油、燃气锅炉已经成为当前一种主要炉种,它主要由锅炉本体和辅助设备组成,其中锅炉本体包括锅壳、前管板、烟管、炉胆、后管板,后烟箱等。这种燃油燃气锅炉是在燃烧过程中产生高温炽热燃气流,这一炽热燃气流在与炉胆、烟管冲涮过程中换热,再把热量传导给与其周围接触的水介质。这种结构的锅炉受热面积小,烟气流程短,流速快,热交换时间短的影响,故热效率低,节能效果差。
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中非的不足,而提供一种换热效果好,热效率高且节约能源的卧式高效热管燃油燃气锅炉。
如上构思,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种卧式高效热管燃油燃气锅炉,其包括壳体、前管板、烟管、炉胆、后管板、后烟管;前管板和后管板之间连有若干根烟管,前管板与炉胆相连接;其特征在于,炉胆上部均匀且呈向心状垂直焊固若干根热管,这些热管下端可接触到炉膛高温区;各烟管中插入一可更换的烟气折流片。

本实用新型的优越性在于:1、由于在炉胆上部均匀且呈向心状垂直焊固若干根高效热管,因此增加了受热面积,提高了热效率;2、由于采用了高效热管作为热传导体,增加了受热面积,能相应地缩小锅炉体积,节约钢材和焊接材料,节能降耗显著;3、由于采用了高效热管作为热传导体,起动快,热容量大,传热性能好,出水口温度可保持在95°左右,循环水量增大,能高速快速地满足大面积供热需要;4、安全系数高;5、由于在烟管中设计了烟气折流片,从而增加了烟气流程,增大了受热面积。

如图所示,一种卧式高效热管燃油燃气锅炉,由锅炉本体和燃烧机组9组成,锅炉本体包括锅壳1、前管板2、烟管3、炉胆4、后管板7和后烟箱8,前管板和后管板之间连有若干根烟管,每个烟管上插入一烟气折流片5,该折流片用不锈钢板冲压而成,可随时更换。前管板与炉胆相连接,这样使炽热气流在炉胆内形成回燃,延长了炽热气流在炉胆内滞留时间,使热量充分吸收。在炉胆上部均匀且呈向心状垂直焊固若干根长度相同的高效热管6,这些热管下端可接触到炉膛高温区,该高效热管为直管形,是采用本案发明人的94216809.7号专利所介绍的“高温高效热管”技术。

1、一种卧式高效热管燃油燃气锅炉,其包括壳体、前管板、烟管、炉胆、后管板、后烟管;前管板和后管板之间连有若干根烟管,前管板与炉胆相连接;其特征在于,炉胆上部均匀且呈向心状垂直焊固若干根热管,这些热管下端可接触到炉膛高温区;各烟管中插入一可更换的烟气折流片。
2、如权利要求1所述的卧式高效热管燃油燃气锅炉,其特征在于,所述热管为直管形。
3、如权利要求1所述的卧式高效热管燃油燃气锅炉,其特征在于,所述若干根热管的长度相同。
