Abstract

一种电脑机壳构造,它包括一“”形电脑机架,该电脑机架由一前面板、一后面板以及一底板构成。在电脑机架的两侧固接二个侧面板,在它的上面安装有一个顶盖,该顶盖进一步设有一个锁合按钮,可使顶盖与前面板紧密扣合锁固并容易解除扣合以拆下顶盖。该电脑机壳进一步包括一个挡止板,上面设有若干个挡止片,用来将电源供应器固定在电源供应器架的适当位置,在后面板上部侧向弯折有若干个抵止片,以使该电源供应器可靠接地。

Description

电脑机壳构造
本实用新型在于提供一种电脑机壳构造,尤其指电脑机壳的各个元件以及电源供应器能够迅捷快速并且可靠的组装以及拆卸的电脑机壳构造。
美国专利第5,124,885,5,164,886,5,278,351,5,587,977,5,590,938,5,600,538,以及5,660,297号等,提出了电脑机壳不同的组装方法,以保护性地装入相应的元件,如:硬盘驱动器以及电源供应器等。但是,这些设计都有诸如组合拆卸不便、制造不容易以及成本较高等问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电脑机壳构造,它可以使电脑机壳的组装以及拆卸的操作非常简单方便。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种电脑机壳构造,可以使电源供应器的组装快捷、迅速。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种电脑机壳构造,它包括一个′ㄩ′形电脑机架,该电脑机架由前面板、后面板以及底板构成并且形成矩形状的空间用以提供主机、电源供应器、硬盘驱动器等元件装入其中。在该电脑机架两侧固接有二个侧面板,在它的上面还安装了一个顶盖,该顶盖进一步设有一个锁合按钮,该锁合按钮可以使顶盖和前面板紧密的扣合锁固并且容易解除扣合用以拆下顶盖,使该电脑机壳内部元件的检视以及维修更为方便。该电脑机壳进一步包括一个挡止板,在挡止板上设有若干个挡止片,用以将电源供应器固定在电源供应器架的适当位置,在后面板的上部与挡止板对应侧向弯折并且剖设有若干个抵止片,以使该电源供应器确实的接地。
同以往技术相比,本实用新型的电脑机壳构造具有组装以及拆卸的操作简单方便的优点。

以下结合实施例及附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:
请配合参考图1、图2以及图3所示,电脑机壳10包含一′ㄩ′形电脑机架12,该电脑机架12由前面板14、与前面板相对位置的后面板16以及一底板18所构成。二加强梁20固定在前面板14以及后面板16之间,一个空气压缩机的固定架22位于电脑机架12的下方用来安装空气压缩机(图未标示)。
用来安装光碟机的磁架24以及和它相连用以安装软式驱动器的驱动器盒26借助于装配到加强梁20,以固定在电脑机架12靠近前面板14的地方。与此相似,电源供应器架28也借助于装配到加强梁20以固定在电脑机架12靠近后面板16的地方。
二个侧面板30分别以前后的方向平行安装到电脑机架12的两侧,其中侧面板30的前缘与前面板14的侧缘34卡合,而设在侧面板30后缘37的卡钩36则分别与后面板16的卡槽38卡固。
顶盖40可沿加强梁20在前后方向滑动并借助于靠近前侧缘44的锁固装置42与前面板14锁固。顶盖40后侧缘47的中央开一个方孔46,它可提供设在后面板16上缘49的锁固片48穿过,并借此使顶盖40与电脑机架12卡合抵止,请配合参考图6以及图7,在锁固片48中央更进一步设有一个圆孔51,它可供一个卡锁装置(图未标示)卡锁,借此来进一步锁固顶盖40与电脑机架12,以使锁固片48不致于从方孔46中滑出,因此,可以将该顶盖40锁固在该电脑机架12上。
请一起参考图1到5以及图8、图9,其中图9是本实用新型电脑机壳构造沿IX-IX(请配合参考图1)方向剖视的局部放大图,其中顶盖40的前侧缘44适当弯折形成一个插接槽50,它能供设在前面板14上缘向外弯折延伸的凸缘52卡合抵止并借此来固定顶盖40与前面板14,以防止它向上或向前滑动。再请参考图8所示是本实用新型电脑机壳构造沿VIII-VIII(请配合参考图1)方向的剖视图,其中顶盖40的前侧缘44在适当位置设有一个锁固装置42,该锁固装置42设有一个弹性杠杆54,在弹性杠杆54的末端设一个锁合按钮56,它可以从顶盖40的开孔58露出。另外,锁合按钮56继续向侧缘44延伸并在适当位置冲出一个卡合弹片60,此卡合弹片60可以同前面板14凸缘52的弯折部62抵止卡合。这样,在组装的时侯,该顶盖40可借助于卡合弹片60与弯折部62的抵止卡合而同前面板14可靠的固定,拆卸时,可借助于下压弹性锁合按钮56以使卡合弹片60从弯折部62解除扣合状态,则顶盖40可以向后滑移脱出。
请配合参考图2、图6、图7以及图7(A)所示,电源供应器架28提供电源供应器64的收容空间,而电源供应器64可以在前后方向上在一个稍微倾的角度组装在电源供应器中间。首先,电源供应器架28的基板70的边缘68设有若干个卡钩66,这些卡钩66能够与设在电源供应器64的侧缘74上的细长状孔72卡合,用以使该电源供应器64不至于上下晃动。其次,该电源供应器64向后移动以使插座28的卡钩66适当的卡合在侧缘74上的细长状孔72中。最后,该电源供应器64的挡止板76借助于设在上面的卡钩80与设在电源供应器架28两面垂直方向的侧壁83上的卡合槽82的卡固作用,来实现与电源供应器架28的固接。在挡止板76上另外设有若干个挡止片78,该挡止片78与后面板16共同作用,防止电源供应器64水平晃动,并且确保电源供应器64固定在该电源供应器架28所提供的收容空间中。后面板16设置在与挡止板76相对应的位置,它可以与设在电源供应器架28两垂直方向的侧壁以及挡止板76共同构成电源供应器的收容空间,该后面板16进一步弯折延伸若干个抵止片84,该抵止片84可以与电源供应器64相抵触以使电源供应器64不致于在垂直方向上晃动,同时也将该电源供应器64确实的接地。

Claims (3)

1、一种电脑机壳构造,它具有包括前面板、后面板以及底板的′ㄩ′形机架、分别于前后方向平行安装在电脑机架的二个侧面板以及组装在机架顶部的顶盖,它的特征在于:该顶盖上设有一个可以将顶盖和前面板紧密锁固并且可以方便解除扣合的锁固装置。
2、如权利要求1项所述的电脑机壳构造,其特征在于:该顶盖进一步设有一个可以与设在后面板的突出部卡合,以使该顶盖与后面板卡固的通孔。
3、如权利要求1所述的电脑机壳构造,其特征在于:该锁固装置包含一弹性杠杆,在弹性杠杆上设有从一个通孔露出以利于从外部操作按钮以及可与前面板凸缘的弯折部抵止卡合,并且可以解除扣合状态的卡合弹片
