Abstract

一种重力热管,它包括密封的管体和置于其内腔中的液态工质,在所述管体内腔一侧端面固结有一纵向延伸的柱体,该柱体的直径小于管体的内径;该柱体的长度小于管体的长度。由于本实用新型采用上述结构特征,从而达到了在相同工质充装量的前提下增大了液态工质与管壁的接触面,因而使得重力热管的启动快,提高了重力热管的传热效率。

Description

一种重力热管
本实用新型涉及一种重力热管。
公知的重力热管为密封的管体和置于其内腔中的液态工质,当重力热管的集热端受热时,处于其内腔中的液态工质受热后迅速蒸发,将热量传递到重力热管的散热端,从而达到传递热量的目的。上述结构的重力热管所存在的不足如下:其一,由于受液态工质充装量的限制,液面低,液态工质与管壁的接触面积小,导致重力热管的启动慢;其二,当重力热管在高温段工作时,由于液态工质液面的下降和重力热管的集热端管壁温度的过高,导致冷凝回流的工质未达到重力热管的集热端巳被蒸发,使得重力热管的集热端由于得不到工质的补充而使管壁过热,这时重力热管的传热效率迅速下降,若热源的温度继续升高将导致重力热管烧坏。
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术所存在的不足而提供一种重力热管。
本实用新型的目的可道过以下措施来实现:
本实用新型包括密封的管体和置于其内腔中的液态工质,在所述管体内腔一侧端面固结有一纵向延伸的柱体,该柱体的直径小于管体的内径;该柱体的长度小于管体的长度。
所述的柱体为一盲管式结构,其长度可为所述管体长度的1/2,也可为管体长度的2/3,或为管体长度的1/4。
本实用新型的优点就在于设置在所述管体内腔一侧端面固结有一纵向延伸的柱体,以及该柱体的直径小于管体的内径和该柱体的长度小于管体的长度这一结构特征,从而达到了在相同工质充装量的前提下增大了液态工质与管壁的接触面,因而使得重力热管的启动快,提高了重力热管的传热效率。

1、一种重力热管,它包括密封的管体(1)和置于其内腔中的液态工质(2),其特征在于:在所述管体(1)内腔一侧端面固结有一纵向延伸的柱体(3),该柱体(3)的直径小于管体(1)的内径;该柱体(3)的长度小于管体(1)的长度。
2、根据权利要求1所述的重力热管,其特征在于:所述柱体(3)为一盲管式结构。
3、根据权利要求1所述的重力热管,其特征在于:所述柱体(3)的长度为管体(1)长度的1/2。
4、根据权利要求1所述的重力热管,其特征在于:所述柱体(3)的长度为管体(1)长度的2/3。
