Abstract
一种对焊式钢塑复合管,属金属管的基本无切削加工和用塑料生产特殊制品,用于建筑冷热水供水管道,煤气、空调管道,电缆穿线管,石油化工流体输送管等。其特征是该复合管由内到外依次由塑料内管、高分子内粘结剂层、薄钢带长条、钢带对接直焊缝钢圆管、高分子外粘结剂层和塑料外管构成。具有焊接速度快,生产效率高,成本低,几何尺寸准确,管材直径63~160mm,整体质量高,有足够的刚性和强度,节省钢材,耐腐蚀不生锈等优点。
Description
一种对焊式钢塑复合管,属于金属管的基本无切削加工和用塑料生产特殊制品技术领域,主要用于建筑冷热水供水管道,煤气、空调管道,电缆穿线管,石油化工流体输送管等。
在现有技术中,目前国内外市场上常见的钢塑复合管,只有从日本等进口的。这种进口管材都是在成品钢管内再衬一成品塑料管,然后加热使二者复合在一起;或者是在成品钢管内涂一薄层塑料。不论哪种其生产过程都不连续,都是对成品钢管的二次深加工,因而成本高,断面难密封,仍需大量钢材而且仍然存在锈蚀问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种所有生产设备均可自力更生解决,而且能用生产线一次成型连续大批量生产和以薄钢带代替成品钢管,节约钢材,因而能大幅度降低生产成本,焊接速度快,可焊壁厚0.3mm~1.5mm,管材直径63~160mm,有足够的刚性和强度,既可用氩弧焊,亦可用高频焊,整体质量好,生产速度快,内外均复合塑料管能彻底解决钢管易被锈蚀问题的对焊式钢塑复合管。
根据热传导基本原理和钢带对接焊接成型的技术特点,针对现有技术中所存在的主要问题,本实用新型的基本构思是:选用薄钢带对接直缝对焊成管并在焊缝内面沿焊缝帖衬一条与此处管壁形状相一致的弧形钢带,以防施焊时将内塑料管烫坏,在该薄壁钢管内外通过高分子粘结剂各复合一外径和内径分别与该钢管之内外径相一致的内外塑料管。
本实用新型所述的对焊式钢塑复合管,其特征在于该复合管从内到外依次由相互粘结在一起的塑料内管1、高分子内粘结剂层2、位于焊缝下与管壁形状相一致用以施焊时散热的弧形薄钢带长条3、由薄钢带对接焊成带有对焊直焊缝7的钢圆管4、高分子外粘结剂层5和塑料外管6构成。
本实用新型的优点是既可用氩弧焊亦可用高频焊,可焊接壁厚0.3~1.5mm,可生产直径为63~160mm的管材且几何尺寸准确,有足够的刚性和强度,能用生产线连续大批量生产,以薄钢带代替成品钢管,节省钢材,同时还可进一步降低生产成本,内外都复合塑料管,不生锈耐腐蚀,用途广。

结合附图和最佳实施例,将本实用新型的结构特征进一步描述如下:在用塑料挤出机挤出的PE质塑料内管1的外壁上涂上高分子内粘结剂层2后,先在焊缝下面帖衬一条与此处管壁形状相一致的弧形薄钢带长条3,再复合由薄钢带对接并在钢带对缝上面焊出直焊缝7的对焊式薄壁钢圆管4,然后再在该钢圆管4外壁上涂上高分子外粘结剂层5,最后包复由塑料挤出机挤出的聚乙烯质塑料外管6。
作为本实施例的变更:
内外塑料管的原材料可改用交联PE、PVC和其他塑料。

1、一种对焊式钢塑复合管,其特征在于该复合管从内到外依次由相互粘结在一起的塑料内管[1]、高分子内粘结剂层[2]、位于焊缝下与管壁形状相一致用以施焊时散热的弧形薄钢带长条[3]、由薄钢带对接焊成带有对焊直焊缝[7]的钢圆管[4]、高分子外粘结剂层[5]和塑料外管[6]构成。
