本实用新型涉及一种用于杠铃训练的护具。它包括支撑板1,在支撑板1的下方设有缓冲层2,支撑板1与缓冲层2外设包裹层3;护具顶部设有杠铃放置槽4,一侧设有颈圈5。运动员训练时,将该护具置于人体肩背部,杠铃放置于护具的槽中,由于该护具增大了杠铃与人体肩背部及颈部的接触面积,减小了杠铃对颈椎及肩胛骨的压强,使杠铃重量均匀地分布于肩背及颈部,减少杠铃对身体的局部伤害,大大提高运动员的承重能力,从而达到良好的力量训练效果。

杠铃训练护具
本实用新型涉及一种训练用的保护器具，特别是一种用于杠铃训练的护具。
在多种体育项目的训练中，力量训练是其中的一项重要手段，而力量训练大多依靠杠铃负重训练来完成。在进行杠铃的负重深蹲、负重半蹲跳等训练时，杠铃对第七颈椎及肩胛骨的压力特别大，以至于运动员由于疼痛难忍而难以完成规定的负荷量，对于青少年来说更是如此，可见，如果设计一种训练护具能减轻杠铃对身体第七颈椎及肩胛骨的压力，则能大大提高运动员的承重能力，从而达到更好的力量训练效果，然而，目前尚未见这种训练护具。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种杠铃训练护具，可以减少杠铃对身体的局部伤害，达到更好的力量训练效果。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种杠铃训练护具，其特征在于：它包括支撑板，在支撑板的下方设有缓冲层；支撑板与缓冲层外设包裹层；在护具顶部设有杠铃放置槽，一侧设有颈圈。
所述支撑板或为铝板，或为硬塑料板；所述缓冲层为海绵层；所述包裹层为皮革层。
上述杠铃训练护具设计为马鞍状，且一侧设有颈圈，以便与人体的肩背部及颈部充分接触。
运动员训练时，将该护具置于人体肩背部，杠铃放置于护具的槽中，由于该护具增大了杠铃与人体肩背部及颈部的接触面积，减小了杠铃对颈椎及肩胛骨的压强，使杠铃重量均匀地分布于肩背及颈部，减少杠铃对身体的局部伤害，大大提高运动员的承重能力，从而达到良好的力量训练效果。

参见附图可知：一种杠铃训练护具，其特征在于：它包括支撑板1，在支撑板1的下方设有缓冲层2；支撑板1与缓冲层2外设包裹层3；在护具顶部设有杠铃放置槽4，一侧设有颈圈5。
上述支撑板1可以是铝板，也可以是硬塑料板；缓冲层2可以是海绵层；包裹层3可以是皮革层。
从图1还可以看出：该护具呈马鞍状。

1.一种杠铃训练护具，其特征在于：它包括支撑板(1)，在支撑板(1)的下方设有缓冲层(2)；支撑板(1)与缓冲层(2)外设包裹层(3)，在护具顶部设有杠铃放置槽(4)，一侧设有颈圈(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的杠铃训练护具，其特征在于：所述支撑板(1)或为铝板，或为硬塑料板；所述缓冲层(2)为海绵层；所述包裹层(3)为皮革层。
3.如权利要求1所述的杠铃训练护具，其特征在于：所述护具呈马鞍状。
