Description

分体电火锅
本实用新型属家用厨房液体加热器具，具体地说是一种分体电火锅。
目前，电火锅主要有分体电火锅和连体电火锅，它们主要存在以下不足之处：1、分体电火锅发热部件与锅体底部是以平面或弧面接触，因大面接触，很难接触的十分可靠，故热效率低，温度控制不可靠；2、连体电火锅不易清洗，特富龙易起皮脱落。
本实用新型的目的则是针对上述现有技术存在的问题，设计了一种热效率高、易清洗、无特富龙起皮、并具有磁疗保健功能的分体电火锅。
本实用新型技术解决方案：
一种分体电火锅，包括锅体组件、发热圈、插入式调温器，其特征是锅体底部有一向锅内拉伸的圆形凸台，它与发热圈上的圆形凸出部分间隙配合，发热圈受热膨胀可与锅体胀合牢固，成为一体；插入式调温器的金属探棒插入发热圈底部；发热圈的中间不锈钢罩下安装了一永久磁铁。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点：
1、本实用新型采用全封闭电热管，安全、防水、热效率高、寿命长。
2、锅体与发热圈在常温下为分体式，便于清洗，具备了分体火锅脱卸功能。
3、本实用新型采用了柱型发热膨胀原理，当锅体与发热圈摆放正确，通电加热后，发热圈受热膨胀与锅体胀合牢固，上下成为一体具备了连体火锅热效率高的特点。
4、发热圈的中间不锈钢罩下安装了一永久磁铁，火锅在使用过程中磁铁对锅内液体进行磁化，达到磁疗保健功能。
5、选用插入式调温器，温度任意调节，具备煮、蒸、炖、涮多种功能。
6、插入式调温器具有干烧超温自动断电，安全可靠。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述：
电火锅锅体1采用不锈钢板材经拉伸制成，锅外侧装有把手13；电热管5浇铸在铝制发热圈8内；发热圈8中间不锈钢罩11下面用拉杆12固定一磁铁10；接地片6和护套2固定在发热圈8上；插入式调温器4通过护套2插入铜脚3和发热圈8铝座孔内；发热圈8固定在底盘9和底板7上；锅口配钢化玻璃盖14。
插入式调温器4和电热管R1串联后接于A、B两极，C为接地簧片，它与发热圈8及锅体1相连，当电器元件漏电时，C起安全保护作用。插入式调温器4处于闭合状态时，电火锅正常工作，A、B两点电压加在电热管R1上，发热圈8发热；当锅内无水时，发热圈8温度升高达设定温度时，插入式调温器4处于开启状态，切断电热管5电压，发热圈8停止发热；当插入式调温器4调温失控时，电火锅处于非正常工作状态，插入式调温器4内的保险丝F自动断开，切断电源，发热圈8停止发热，达到安全控制目的。

1、一种分体电火锅，包括锅体组件、发热圈、插入式调温器，其特征是锅体底部有一向锅内拉伸的圆形凸台，它与发热圈上的圆形凸出部分间隙配合，发热圈受热膨胀可与锅体胀合牢固，成为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的分体电火锅，其特征是插入式调温器的金属探棒插入发热圈底部。
3、根据权利要求1所述的分体电火锅，其特征是发热圈的中间不锈钢罩下安装了一永久磁铁。
