Abstract

一种治疗股骨颈骨折的自攻式空心加压螺纹钉,由六角头、空心螺杆、螺纹部、螺钉前端部组成,其前端部沿螺旋方向均布的三个锯形齿是在螺纹部上加工而成,且沿螺旋方向倾斜,锯形齿的前沿横端面与外切面成锐角,形成切削刃。从而改螺纹钉前端部挤压式进给方式为切削式进给方式,减少了手术步骤,降低了股骨头坏死的发生率,减少了患者的痛苦。

治疗股骨颈骨折的自攻式空心加压螺纹钉
本实用新型涉及一种治疗股骨颈骨折的连接紧固螺纹钉。
目前治疗股骨颈骨折的一般方法是用自动加压滑动螺纹钉,使骨折断端面紧密连接,并使其稳定,以促使端面愈合。近年来,由国外引进的空心加压螺纹钉是在空心螺纹钉前端设三个“V”形尖齿构成。但这种螺纹钉在手术时需先扩孔或锤击钉头部才能进入骨皮质,从而加剧了患者的痛苦。这种螺纹钉因靠前端“V”形尖齿挤压式进给,使股骨头内压力增高或局部变形,从而可能引发股骨头无菌性坏死。这种螺纹钉以钉体空腔内侧面三个“V”形齿间的豁口作为切削刃,在进给时易对导针造成切削损伤,甚至切断导针。
本实用新型提供一种能克服现有技术缺点的自攻式空心加压螺纹钉,其目的在于将螺纹钉前端部的挤压式进给方式改为切削式进给方式,减小因手术导致的股骨头内压力,由螺纹钉直接旋入骨皮质而避免锤击或省掉扩孔步骤,通过改变切削刃的方位而避免其对导针的切削损伤。
本实用新型的上述目的是这样实现的:由六角头1、空心螺杆2、螺纹部3、螺纹钉前端部4组成,其前端部4由沿螺旋方向均布的三个尖齿构成,尖齿为锯形齿5,系在螺纹部上加工而成,且沿螺旋方向倾斜。
锯形齿5的前沿横端面6与外切面成锐角α,与螺杆内腔壁平滑过渡。
本实用新型加工简单,操作方便,减少了手术步骤,提高了导针的寿命,减少了股骨头坏死的发生率,减少了患者的手术痛苦。经过26例患者治疗及一年以上随访,骨折愈合率达94%,未出现钉体与导针嵌卡现象,未发现股骨头坏死病例发生。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗股骨颈骨折的自攻式空心加压螺纹钉,由六角头(1)、空心螺杆(2)、螺纹部(3)、螺纹钉前端部(4)组成,其前端部(4)由沿螺旋方向均布的三个尖齿构成,其特征在于所述的尖齿为锯形齿(5),系在螺纹部上加工而成,且沿螺旋方向倾斜。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗股骨颈骨折的连接紧固螺纹钉,其特征在于锯形齿(5)的前沿横端面(6)与外切面成锐角α,且与螺杆内腔壁平滑过渡。
