Abstract

本实用新型是一种双叶片叶轮式增氧机,主要起改善流道状况,增加流量,减少动力损失,提高增氧能力和动力效率,其主要有电机,减速器,支承杆,浮筒。主、副叶片及锥体组成双叶片叶轮,主叶片,副叶片与锥体切平面夹角分别为70°-80°及60°-70°,数量在6—12片之间。整个双叶片叶轮以轻质材料玻璃钢糊制而成。

双叶片叶轮式增氧机
本实用新型属于水产养殖机械——增氧机。
本实用新型的目的在于改变老机型扭曲单叶片叶轮采用双叶片叶轮形式,以达到改善流道状况,增加流量减少动力损失,提高增氧能力和动力效率。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下附图详细说明其技术方案。
附图为增氧机结构示意图。图中数字表示为:
1电机、2减速器、3支承杆、4浮筒  5主叶片、
6副叶片、7锥体。
由电机1通过减速器2将动力传递给双叶片叶轮,整个机器通过支承杆3连接,以浮筒4浮于水面。主叶片5,副叶片6,锥体7组成一个双叶片叶轮,主叶片5与锥体7切平面夹角为70°-80°;副叶片6与锥体7切平面夹角为60°-70°;主叶片5在上部,副叶片6在下部;主叶片副叶片数量在6-12片之间。整个双叶片叶轮以轻质材料玻璃钢糊制而成。当双叶片叶轮旋转时:一方面可将下层副叶片流道中水提到上层主叶片流道形成循环,使下层水溶氧得以迅速提高;另一方面流道中的水在离心力作用下,被叶片打击水面造成水跃,增加了水同空气接触面积,将空气带入水中,并被击打成无数微小的气泡很快溶于水中形成上下层的循环,起直接和间接增氧作用。

1、双叶片叶轮式增氧机,主要由电机,减速器,支承杆,浮筒,双叶片叶轮等组成,其特征在于:主叶片、副叶片、锥体组成双叶片叶轮,主叶片与锥体切平面夹角为70°-80°,副叶片与锥体切平面夹角为60°-70°,数量在6-12片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的,其特征在于:整个双叶片叶轮(主叶片,副叶片,锥体)以轻质材料玻璃钢糊制而成。
