Abstract

微带式测湿传感器,包括微带电路、屏蔽盒、转换接头,在屏蔽盒内设有微带电路,微带电路的两端分别与两个伸出屏蔽盒的转换接头相接。其中一个为输入转换接头;另一个为输出转换接头。使用时,将所测物料放入传感器中,根据微波输出的衰减及定标曲线计算含水量,并且可用计算机控制。该产品具有测湿速度快、无污染、不破坏样品及与所测物料不直接接触的特点。

Description

微带式测湿传感器
本实用新型涉及一种微波测湿技术中用微带式测湿传感器。
现有技术中用于种子、中药丸、面粉、混凝土、烟等的测湿方法,一般采用干燥法、阻容法、中子法等。实践中发现这几种方法都不同程度地存在着缺点。1、干燥法存在着测湿速度慢、测量周期长、不能及时指导生产、破坏样品的不足。2、阻容法测湿的精度低,不够精确。3、中子测湿法由于测量仪与物料直接接触而产生了放射性污染。
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,而向人们提供一种测量速度快、无污染、不破坏样品的微波测湿技术,而微带传感器是该技术的关健部分。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:微带式测湿传感器包括微带电路、屏蔽盒及转换接头。其具体的结构及测试方法是这样的:在屏蔽盒内设有微带电路,电路的两端分别与两个伸出屏蔽盒的转换接头相接。其中一个为输入转换接头;另一个为输出转换接头。微带电路起到传输微波作用,屏蔽盒起电屏蔽和机械保护作用。使用时,将所测物料放入传感器中,根据微波输出的衰减及定标曲线计算含水量,并且可用计算机控制。
本实用新型由于使用了同轴线的内导体部分转变为微带线后能直接裸露于空间,从而可以很方便的使物料与其接触,而微波能量将沿微带所规定的途径传播,其中一部分能量为物料所吸收,这是透射,适用于含水量较大的物料,改变微带的宽度或与底板的距离可以调节部分透射功率的大小,这些优点是用其它测量方法所不及的。具有测湿速度快、指导生产及时、无污染、适用范围广的特点。
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。
参照图1,微带式测湿传感器包括微带电路1、屏蔽盒2、转换接头3、4,在屏蔽盒2内设有微带电路1,微带电路1的两端分别与两个伸出屏蔽盒2的转换接头3、4相接。两个转换接头3、4,一个为输入转换接头;另一个为输出转换接头。

1、一种微带式测湿传感器,其特征在于:在屏蔽盒(2)内设有微带电路(1),微带电路(1)的两端分别与两个伸出屏蔽盒(2)的转换接头(3)、(4)相接,其转换接头(3)、(4),一个为输入转换接头;另一个为输出转换接头。
