本实用新型涉及一种日光灯备用电源,特别是日光灯停电应急电源。
现有日光灯应急电源采用5节以上1.2V充电电池,线路复杂,体积大,笨重,本实用新型在于提供一种电路结构简单,仅用2节或3节1.2V充电电池,可驱动功率18W至40W日光灯管的应急电源,盒形外壳,体积小,易安装,启动快,耗电小,当交流市电停电时,便可用它来点亮日光灯,恢复交流市电时,自动转换给充电电池充电。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,一种日光灯应急电源,盒形外壳中装有机芯电路,机芯电路由两只交流电容C2、C3串联降压,经整流桥D整流,电容C1滤波为继电器K1、K2并联线圈和充电电池E提供直流电压,继电器K1,K2线圈并联后作限流电阻串接充电电池E,继电器K1一常闭动点输出端接日光灯管T一端两脚其中一脚,继电器K2一常闭静点输出端接充电电池E正极,另一常闭动点输出端接电阻R3和线圈L2与L3的连接点,电阻R3另一端连接三极管Q2基极和自耦变压器线圈L1,线圈L1另一端连接三极管Q1基极,自耦变压器线圈L2连接三极管Q1集电极,线圈L2另一端连接自耦变压器线圈L3,线圈L3另一端连接三极管Q2集电极,三极管Q1、Q2发射连接充电电池E负端,自耦变压器线圈L4两端并联电容C4后,一端连接电容C5、C6,电容C5另一脚连接日光灯管T另一端两脚其中一脚和二极管D2负极,电容C6另一脚连接继电器K1另一常闭静点输出端和二极管D1正极,二极管D1负极连接线圈L4与电容C4并联后的另一端和二极管D2正极。

日光灯应急电源是在长方形盒形外壳中装有机芯电路,机芯电路由两只6.8uF交流电容C2、C3串联降压,经1A 400V整流桥D整流,220uF 25V电解电容C1滤波,电容C1正极连接5VDC继电器K1、K2并联线圈一端,K1、K2并联线圈另一端连接2.4V充电电池E正极,充电电池E负极连接电容C1负端,继电器K1一常闭动点输出端接日光灯管T一端两脚其中一脚,继电器K2一常闭静点输出端接电池正极,另一常闭动点输出端接27欧姆电阻R3一端和线圈L2与L3的连接点,线圈L2.L3为0.04mH,电阻R3连接D44H8三极管Q2基极和自耦变压器线圈L1,线圈L1为0.04mH,线圈L1另一端连接D44H8三极管Q1基极,自耦变压器线圈L2连接三极管Q1集电极,线圈L2另一端连接自耦变压器线圈L3,线圈L3另一端连接D44H8三极管Q2集电极,三极管Q1、Q2发射连接电池负端,自耦变压器0.65H线圈L4两端并联750PF电容C4后,一端连接1500PF电容C5和2200PF电容C6,电容C5另一脚连接日光灯管T另一端两脚其中一脚和R2000F二极管D2负极,电容C6另一脚连接继电器K1另一常闭静点输出端和R2000F二极管D1正极,二极管D1负极连接线圈L4与电容C4并联后的另一端和二极管D2正极。

  1. 一种日光灯应急电源,盒形外壳中装有机芯电路,其特征在于机芯电路由两只交流电容C2、C3串联降压,经整流桥D整流,电容C1滤波为继电器K1、K2并联线圈和充电电池E提供直流电压,继电器K1,K2线圈并联后作限流电阻串接充电电池E,继电器K1一常闭动点输出端接日光灯管T一端两脚其中一脚,充电电池E经继电器K2常闭输出端连接电阻R3和自耦变压器线圈L2与L3的连接点,电阻R3另一端连接三极管Q2基极和自耦变压器线圈L1,线圈L1另一端连接三极管Q1基极,自耦变压器线圈L2连接三极管Q1集电极,L2另一端连接自耦变压器线圈L3,L3另一端连接三极管Q2集电极,三极管Q1、Q2发射连接电池负端,自耦变压器线圈L4两端并联电容C4后,一端连接电容C5、C6,电容C5另一脚连接日光灯管T另一端两脚其中一脚和二极管D2负极,电容C6另一脚连接继电器K1另一常闭静点输出端和二极管D1正极,二极管D1负极连接线圈L4与电容C4并联后的另一端和二极管D2正极。
