本实用新型提供一种安装在燃油灶上的消噪炉圈,在一个空心的圆环内壁和外壁上,各开有进气孔和排气孔,当油在燃烧时产生的噪音和废气,从进气孔通过时,减慢了速度,故在排气孔排出的只有废气而无噪音了。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种用在燃油灶具上的炉圈，特别是一种可大部分消除燃油灶燃烧时产生的令人讨压的噪音的炉圈。
目前正在饮食业广泛使用的燃油灶，在其燃烧时，为了使油燃烧的彻底和不冒烟，都安装有大大小小的鼓风机，正是由于有鼓风机的存在，所以油在激烈燃烧时发出很强的着火噪音，离很远便可听见。这种噪音的存在，在某种程度上，已严重影响了其应用推广，特别是一些中小饭店。因其厨房面积都不很大，燃油具发出的噪音振耳欲聋，已不能容忍。
本实用新型的目的，就是要提供一种用在燃油灶上的消噪炉圈，它可以十分有效地消除燃油灶燃烧时发出的噪音。
本实用新型是这样实现的：在一个空心的园环的内壁和外壁上，分别有进气孔A和出气孔B，当燃油灶燃烧时具有一定速度的噪音和废气，由于上部坐有铁锅，噪音和废气不能越过，只有向进气孔A处冲去，因园环四周是封闭的，只能从排气孔B处排出，噪音通过这段弯曲的通道，速度大为减弱，从排气孔B发出的只有“呼呼”的风声，且不很大，已经远小于排烟罩的噪音。
下面以附图为实施例加以说明。

下面结合附图详细说明燃油灶用消噪炉圈的具体结构和工作状况。
在附图中，件(1)为消噪炉圈，A为进气孔，B为排气孔。件(1)消噪炉圈为空心，园环状，在内壁上开有进气孔A，外壁上开有排气孔B，其余都是封闭的。实际使用时件(1)消噪炉圈直接安装在燃油灶的炉膛上，上面坐锅或大勺。噪音和废气便进入进气孔A，通过弯曲管道，从排气孔B处排出，消噪十分明显。
进气孔A和排气孔B的数量和尺寸，可根据燃烧室的大小(即热负荷的大小)或实验来确定。一般有两个进气孔和两个排气孔足够用了。
本实用新型实际制作时可采用铸造一次成型。

1.一种安装在燃油灶上，由件(1)进气孔A和排气孔B所组成的燃油灶用消噪炉圈，其特征是在四周封闭的空心园环的园周内壁和外壁上，分别有进气孔A和排气孔B。
