本实用新型涉及玻纤板风管的连接,尤其适用于中央空调系统的风管连接。具有玻纤板风管、插接包头和连接件,插接包头的内端面为凹槽与玻纤板风管插固,其外端面有燕尾式卧槽,两插接包头之间有密封条,并通过一插条连接件嵌固连接为一整体。本实用新型的优点在于:工艺简单、质量可靠、稳定性好,与铁皮包头相比重量减轻80%以上。其结构合理、牢固、美观、密封性好,而且维修方便,安装成本降低50%。

玻纤板风管插条式连接结构
本实用新型涉及一种玻纤板风管的连接结构,尤其适用于中央空调系统工程的风管连接。
目前广泛应用于地面和地下建筑通风和空调工程中的玻纤板风管,以材质轻、造价低、寿命长、嗓音低等优点,大有取代传统的铁皮风管和无机玻璃钢材料风管的趋势,使用量不断增加,范围日益扩大。在规模使用的现有技术中,玻纤板风管之间的连接方式,一般采用阴阳榫接和铁皮插接两种。阴阳榫接是把玻纤板切成阴阳口,两风管内、外口对接、胶粘形成连接结构,这种结构内口无法用胶封严,玻璃棉丝易脱落形成“吹灰”现象,同时接口处易开裂,施工质量很不稳定。铁皮插接结构虽然把玻纤板头用铁皮包起来,克服了吹灰现象,但其连接工艺复杂、施工安装繁锁、造价高,单位面积重量增加。
本实用新型的目的在于为克服上述不足提供一种结构合理、牢固、美观,工艺简单、可靠、维修方便,造价低的玻纤板风管插条式连接结构。
本实用新型是通过以下措施实现的:
玻纤板风管插条式连接结构具有玻纤板风管、插接包头和连接件,其特征在于插接包头的框体上,其内端面为凹槽状与玻纤板风管插固,外端面有燕尾式卧槽,两插接包头之间有一密封条,并通过插条连接件嵌固连接为一整体。插条连接件为c形平卧式。

实施例如图1、图2所示,玻纤板风管插条式连接结构具有矩形玻纤板风管(1)插接包头(2)和连接件,插接包头(2)是采用铝合金材料一次性挤压成型的型材焊接的矩形框体,其内端面为凹槽与矩形玻纤板风管插接,并由阻燃胶固定。插接包头的外端面有燕尾式卧槽(4),两个分别与玻纤板风管连接的插接包头框体之间有一密封条(5),其周边通过c型平卧式插条连接件(3)嵌入两插接包头的燕尾式卧槽内,将两插接包头固定连接为一整体。
当使用本实用新型时,只要将两个插接包头分别插固在两玻纤板风管的端部后,中间由一密封条密封,再由c型平卧式插条连接件沿两插接包头接合处的周边,同时嵌入两插接包头的燕尾式卧槽内,将与两玻纤板风管插固的两插接包头固定连接为一整体。
本实用新型的优点在于:由铝合金型材焊接的插接包头适合于规模性应用,并且工艺简单、质量可靠、稳定性好,与铁皮包头相比重量减轻80%以上。采用插条式连接结构,其结构合理、牢固、美观、密封性好,而且维修方便,安装成本降低50%以上。本实用新型将对玻纤板风管的应用起到较大的推动作用。

1、玻纤板风管插条式连接结构,具有玻纤板风管(1)、插接包头(2)和连接件,其特征在于插接包头(2)的框体上,其内端面为凹槽状与玻纤板风管插固,外端面有燕尾式卧槽(4),两插接包头之间有一密封条(5),并通过插条连接件(3)嵌固连接为一整体。
