本实用新型属于连续多层复合增强塑料管的设计。
中国专利942435192公开了一种题为“塑料钢丝编织复合管”,该塑料管由管子的外壁层和管子的内壁层之间夹有一层金属编织网构成,它可用于石油、化工、建筑等行业的腐蚀性液体、浆体、膏体的输送和排放,但由于其结构单纯为两层塑料管中间加一层钢丝编织网,因此其使用压力低于5Mpa,这样当所输送的物料排放压力大于5Mpa时,该管道就容易发生局部破损,腐蚀性液体会充满夹在内外层管中间钢丝编织网层上,造成钢丝腐蚀,使管道的使用寿命和使用压力降低。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种连续多层复合增强塑料管,该塑料管由纤维或钢丝编织与缠绕在管子的内壁和管子的外壁之间,并在管壁和钢丝编织层、缠绕层之间加密封层,从而使塑料管的强度增大,其使用压力最高可达25Mpa,密封层用密封粘接胶,避免管道弯曲时造成层与层之间的滑动。
本实用新型设计的塑料管,增强层用纤维或钢丝多层编织或缠绕,在层与层之间用密封粘接胶粘接,并可根据现场施工需要连续挤出任意长度的管子,因此,本实用新型设计的塑料管不仅具有耐化学介质的腐蚀、耐磨、内层光滑、不结垢、蜡等杂质,而且具有使用寿命长,能耐较高压力,维修方便的特点。

内壁管(1)和外壁管(5)用塑料制成,管子的内壁管(1)与外壁管(5)之间有编织层(3)和缠绕层(4),在内壁管(1)与编织层(3)、缠绕层(4)及外壁管(5)之间均有密封层(2),在制作管子时可以单独采用编织层和单独采用缠绕层,也可以同时采用编织层和缠绕层。

1.一种连续多层复合增强塑料管,其特征在于管子的内壁管(1)与外壁管(5)之间有编织层(3)和缠绕层(4),在内壁管(1)与编织层(3)、缠绕层(4)及外壁管(5)之间均有密封层(2),在制作管子时可以单独采用编织层和单独采用缠绕层,也可以同时采用编织层和缠绕层。
