随着我国医疗事业的不断发展，医院设备和医疗水平的提高，采用电灼刀进行外科手术，会使刀尖粘满焦痂，医生必须立即将粘满粘痂的电灼刀交给护士清除消毒，然后重新进入开刀部位，手术过程是分秒必争非常紧张，争取点滴时间极为重要，电灼刀清洁磨片就是为解决外科手术减少洗手护士不断清除电灼刀焦痂繁杂的劳动工作，使手术顺利进行，磨片由于结构简单、清洁卫生可靠、价格低廉、使用方便，用时只要将磨片外包装和第二包装撕开取出，再将白钢玉耐水基材粘结层与隔离脱膜层分开、将磨片粘贴于手术部位边，即可顺利进行清洁电灼刀焦痂的工作。
