Abstract

一种分体式丙烷气焊嘴,有内芯和外套组成。内芯的芯杆下部为圆锥体,其联接螺纹与芯杆的交接处均布有多个与中心孔连通的小孔,圆锥体外壁开有多条均布轴向细槽。本实用新型具有出火快,金属氧化时间短,消除了夹碴和焊缝脆性,从而使黑色金属的焊接达到了氧-乙炔气的焊接质量。对于有色金属焊接,超过了氧-乙炔气的焊接质量。

Description

丙烷气焊咀
本实用新型涉及焊接金属的焊咀,特别是焊接薄钣的气焊咀。
用手工焊接金属薄钣,以往一般采用乙炔和氧气作为热源。近几年来,丙烷气迅速普及,它以比乙炔气低廉的价格和方便的使用性而受到气焊用户的欢迎。但由于丙烷气与乙炔气燃烧性能不一致,如果使用原来的气焊咀来焊接,由于焊咀出气慢,会因薄钣过氧化而产生夹碴及焊缝出现脆性现象,使焊接牢度受到影响,特别是黑色金属尤甚。
本实用新型的目的是研制一种能提高薄钣焊接质量的丙烷气焊咀。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采取下列技术方案:
1、采用分体式焊咀,焊咀包括内芯和外套;
2、内芯的芯杆下部为园锥体;
3、在内芯联接螺纹与芯杆交界处均布有3至6个与中心孔连通的小孔,小孔以φ0.6~0.9mm为宜;
4、在芯杆的园锥体外壁开有3至6条轴向细槽,槽宽和槽深以0.3~0.6mm和0.5mm~0.7mm为宜。
采取上列技术措施后的气焊咀,其周边细槽中喷射出来的火焰起到预热作用,加快了主火焰熔化金属的速度,缩短了金属氧化时间,有利于提高焊接质量。

如图所示,其内芯上布置有3个小孔2,在芯杆3上开有6条细槽5。
外套通过内芯上的联接螺纹(外螺纹)1,使之组合成焊咀。使用前,将焊咀与连接丙烷气和氧气的焊枪相连,通过调节阀调节进气量。当混合气从焊咀的中心孔4和锥体周围小缝5喷出时,点火即可进行焊接作业。
本实用新型解决了用丙烷气焊接黑色金属薄钣难以解决的焊接质量问题,使焊接达到了氧一乙炔气的焊接质量。对于有色金属,超过了氧一乙炔气的焊接质量。

Claims (1)

1、丙烷气焊咀,具有内芯和外套,内芯的芯杆(3)中心有一个出气端小于进气端的阶梯形中心孔(4),其特征是:
a.芯杆(3)下部为园锥体;
b.在内芯的联接螺纹(1)与芯杆(3)交界处均布有3至6个与中心孔(4)连通的小孔(2);
c.芯杆(3)的园锥体外壁上开有3~10条均布的轴向细槽(5)。
