Abstract

本实用新型是一种新型的冷阴极荧光灯灯管,它由导线、阴极和荧光灯管所组成,其特征在于所述的灯管、阴极二层不同材质的金属镍及不锈钢复合而成,并在该复合金属片外还复有吸气剂。连接导线的阴极被管封在荧光灯管内,上述的阴极可制成圆筒状或平板状,本实用新型采用冷阴极取代现有的热阴极引发荧光粉发亮的技术,使荧光灯能在低温下工作,具有能耗低,光电转换率高,使用寿命长的特点,为减小灯具的体积,灯管可制成单螺旋形或双螺旋形。

Description

冷阴极荧光灯灯管
本实用新型涉及一种荧光灯灯管,尤其涉及一种冷阴极荧光灯灯管。
现有的荧光灯系采用将市电进行变流后对灯管内的灯丝进行加热,产生电子流和紫外线激发灯管内的荧光粉发光。现有的荧光灯灯管在工作时均需对灯丝(阴级)加热,故有很大的一部份电能转化为热能,因此荧光灯的光电转换效率较低。而且由于荧光灯的光电转换率还与荧光灯管的管径有关,即灯管越细则光电转换率越高。现有的荧光灯管需将灯丝制成螺丝状管封在灯管内,因而灯管的管径无法做得小于或等于3毫米。且由于加热灯丝产生的热量使与荧光灯配伍的电子镇流器内的电子元件容易老化,产生早期失效。
为了提高荧光灯的光电转换率,并减小荧光灯管的管径。本实用新型旨在提供一种新型的冷阴极荧光灯灯管。它具有较高的光电转换效率,可制作较细管径,提高电子元件和荧光灯灯管的使用寿命。
本实用新型由导线5,阴极6和荧光灯管7等所组成其特征在于所述的阴级6由二层不同材质的金属镍及不锈钢复合而成,并在该复合金属片外还复有吸气剂,导线5与阴极6连接,并被管封在荧光灯灯管7内。
本实用新型可以制成直型灯管,为了提高亮度,缩小体积,本实用新型可制成非直线型,即制成螺旋型灯管。本实用新型所涉的阴极可制成园筒状也可以作成平板状。
图1、图2是利用本实用新型所制成的荧光灯节能灯简图。图中1为灯头,2为灯罩,3为单螺旋灯管,4为双螺旋灯管。在灯头1中装有电子线路部件,使市电经整流再转换成大约50KC,1500V电压后通过导线传递到阴极,阴极在电压的作用下产生电子流启辉灯管内的惰性气体和汞蒸气然后导致荧光粉发光。加长灯管长度,可提高灯管的亮度,故为了减小灯具的体积,可将灯管制成如图1所示的双螺旋形,也可制成如图2所示的单螺旋形。为了保护灯管在灯管外再装有灯罩2。
为了增强导线与阴极的焊接强度,可将阴极制成平板状。
本实用新型具有能耗低,光电转换效率高,使用寿命长的特点。

Claims (3)

1.一种冷阴极荧光灯灯管,由导线5、阴极6和荧光灯管7等所组成,其特征在于所述的阴极6由二层不同材质的金属镍及不锈钢复合而成,并在该复合金属片外还复有吸气剂,导线5与阴极6连接,并被管封在荧光灯管7内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷阴极荧光灯灯管其特征在于所述的阴极为园筒状,或为平板状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷阴极荧光灯灯管其特征在于所述的荧光灯管7为螺旋型灯管,可以是单螺旋型灯管或双螺旋型灯管。
