Abstract

一种能够在使用时操作快捷方便的胶带,它是将已有带基附着的粘结层的覆盖区域在带基宽度方向上减小,使带基的宽度大于附着在其上的粘结层的宽度,即带基附着有粘结层的表面在带基宽度方向上形成一部分附着粘结层、另一部分未附着粘结层的状态,制成成品后在带基一侧边缘区域的半径方向上的任意两层带基之间没有粘结层及粘结力、呈相对独立状态,使用时提起带基未附着粘结层的部位,即可揭起带基和粘结层,使用时快捷方便。

胶带
本实用新型涉及一种胶带。
目前，公知的胶带是由带基附着粘结层后缠绕在支持体(如空心柱体)上构成，将粘结层作为结合体、带基作为加强体。但是使用时存在这样的问题：由于粘结层的宽度与带基的宽度相同，因而粘结层直接接触相邻内层带基未附着粘结层的无胶表面；又由于带基较薄，因而不易揭起带基及其上附着的粘结层，使用一次后甚至找不到起始端。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种胶带，它不仅具备胶带的功能，而且每次使用快捷方便。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：将已有带基附着的粘结层的覆盖区域在带基宽度方向上减小，使带基的宽度大于附着在其上的粘结层的宽度，即粘结层的设置在未到达带基的两侧边缘中的任意一侧边缘时即停止覆盖，使带基附着有粘结层的表面在带基宽度方向上形成一部分附着有粘结层、另一部分未附着粘结层的状态，制成成品后在带基一侧边缘区域的半径方向上的任意两层带基之间没有粘结层及粘结力、呈相对独立状态，每次使用时提起带基未附着粘结层的部位即可从起始端揭起带基和粘结层，使用快捷方便。
由于采用上述方案，可以在每次使用时实现快捷方便的操作；不改变胶带原结构，只使带基的宽度大于附着在其上的粘结层的宽度，设计合理，容易实现。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。

图4是胶带第三个实施例的使用时的主视图。
在图1中，带基(1)附着有粘结层(2)的表面在带基(1)的宽度方向上形成左侧未附着粘结层(2)、其余部位附着有粘结层(2)的状态，带基(1)缠绕在圈状的支持体(3)上。
在图2中，在带基(1)宽度方向上，带基(1)的宽度大于粘结层(2)的宽度。
在图3中，带基(1)附着有粘结层(2)的表面在带基(1)宽度方向上形成右侧未附着粘结层(2)、其余部位附着有粘结层(2)的状态。
在图4中，带基(1)附着有粘结层(2)的表面在带基(1)宽度方向上形成中间区域附着有粘结层(2)、其余部位未附着粘结层(2)的状态。

Claims (4)

1、一种胶带，它由带基(1)、粘结层(2)、支持体(3)组成，其特征是：带基(1)的宽度大于附着在带基(1)上的粘结层(2)的宽度。
2、根据权利要求1所述的胶带，其特征是：粘结层(2)的设置在未到达带基(1)左侧边缘时即停止覆盖，使带基(1)附着有粘结层(2)的表面在带基(1)宽度方向上形成左侧未附着粘结层(2)、其余部位附着有粘结层(2)的状态。
3、根据权利要求1所述的胶带，其特征是：粘结层(2)的设置在未到达带基(1)右侧边缘时即停止覆盖，使带基(1)附着有粘结层(2)的表面在带基(1)宽度方向上形成右侧未附着粘结层(2)、其余部位附着有粘结层(2)的状态。
4、根据权利要求1所述的胶带，其特征是；粘结层(2)的设置在未到达带基(1)左侧及右侧边缘时即停止覆盖，使带基(1)附着有粘结层(2)的表面在带基(1)宽度方向上形成中间区域附着有粘结层(2)、其余两侧未附着粘结层(2)的状态。
