Abstract

一种节能污水曝气设备,由一台水泵,一个闸阀,甲、乙二个三通,一个气水混合器,用管道联接构成。水泵供给的压力水,流经三通甲,取部分压力水流经气水混合器的喷嘴和气水混合管,气水混合器中的空气吸入口,吸入空气随压力水流进气水混合管进行气水混合后,流经三通乙入水泵,经水泵叶轮再进行气水混合后,流经三通甲和闸阀入曝气池,形成污水循环曝气功能。

节能污水曝气设备
本实用新型涉及一种污水处理设备，是一种污水曝气设备。
目前，污水曝气采用的是鼓风曝气和机械曝气设备，存在着空气氧的利用率低，一次性投资大，运行费高，噪声大和易于堵塞等问题。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种由水泵供给压力水，流经一个气水混合器的喷嘴和气水混合管，完成吸气和气水混合后，又流经水泵进行再次的气水混合，大大提高了空气氧的利用率的节能污水曝气设备。
本实用新型是这样实现的：有一台水泵，其出水管接三通，该三通另两通口还分别连接闸阀和气水混合器，气水混合器的出口，通过管道接另一个三通，此三通出口用管道接水泵入口，另一个入口接底阀。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
图1，是本实用新型的整体图。
图2，是本实用新型的气水混合器[3]的剖视图。
参照附图，开启水泵[1]，污水从底阀[6]吸入水泵[1]，由水泵供给的压力水，流经三通甲[2]取部分压力水流经气水混合器[3]的喷嘴[8]和气水混合管[9]，此时，空气吸入口[10]便吸入空气随同压力水流进气水混合管，进行气水混合后，流经三通乙[5]到水泵[1]，经水泵叶轮再进行气水混合后，流经三通甲[2]和闸阀[4]入曝气池[7]，形成污水循环曝气功能。
本实用新型优点是空气氧利用率高，一次性投资少，运行费用低，耐用可靠等。

1．一种节能污水曝气设备，其特征是：有一台水泵[1]，其出水管接三通[2]，该三通[2]另两通口分别连接闸阀[4]和气水混合器[3]，气水混合器的出口通过管道接三通[5]，三通[5]另一入口接底阀[6]，出口通过管道接水泵[1]进水口。
