浮球阀
本实用新型涉及一种阀门,具体地说是关于一种浮球阀。本实用新型适用于水池或水塔的进水管上,控制水池或水塔的水位。
浮球阀一般有球体、阀体和浮球组成,阀体安装在供水管道上,由浮球检测供水器的水位来控制浮球阀的启闭,其结构简单、成本低。但是,在大口径的供水管道上,浮球带动球阀启闭需要较大的浮力,经常使球阀工作失灵。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种在大口径输水管道上启闭灵活,工作可靠的浮球阀。
本实用新型的技术方案为一个主阀和一个控制主阀启闭的浮球阀构成,主阀的阀瓣、摸片同轴固定安装,主阀的阀体进口和控制主阀启闭的浮球阀分别与主阀的膜腔连通。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是用小规格浮球阀控制主阀膜腔压力,实现了用小浮球阀控制大流量,启闭灵活,工作可靠。

现结合附图详细描述本实用新型的实施例。
图1所示的浮球阀,由主阀、控制浮球阀13、球阀14、针形阀15以及连通管道组成。图2所示的主阀由阀体7、阀座11、阀瓣8、膜片6、阀盖1、膜片压板3、弹簧2、轴12以及安装件和密封件组成,阀瓣8位于阀座11出口侧,与膜片6、膜片压板3、弹簧2同装在轴12上,阀座11的出口侧密封面上有一只密封圈9。膜片6压装在阀体7与阀盖1之间,与阀盖1构成一个膜腔,阀体7与阀盖1由螺栓4和螺母5紧固。阀体7的进口通过空心管与膜腔连通,空心管中间装有一保针形阀15,浮球阀13通过球阀14与膜腔连通。浮球阀13可安装在离主阀较远的地方,对主阀进行遥控。
图2所示主阀的膜腔也可以这样构成:阀瓣8位于阀座11进口侧,并与膜片6、膜片压板3和弹簧2同轴联动,膜片6下侧装一个话塞套,与膜片6之间构成一个膜腔。

1、一种浮球阀,其特征是有一个主阀和一个控制主阀启闭的浮球阀(13),主阀的阀瓣(8)、膜片(6)同轴固定在轴(12)上,阀体(7)进口与膜腔连通,浮球阀(13)与主阀的膜腔连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的浮球阀,其特征在于阀瓣(8)位于阀坐(11)出口侧,膜片(6)与阀盖(1)之间形成一个膜腔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的浮球阀,其特征在于所述阀瓣(8)位于阀座(11)进口侧,膜片(6)与其下面的活塞套构成一个密封膜腔。
