本实用新型涉及一种浮球阀。它主要是在浮球下端连接一根竖直的拉杆,又该拉杆的下端设有一锥形配重锤,且处在阀体的注水口下方的下阀体内,又该锥形配重锤上端面设有一密封垫,且推靠上述注水口下端面。从而,可以严密地封住水源,并且结构也简单。

直拉式浮球阀
本实用新型是涉及注水设备中高可靠性的浮球阀。
目前，公知的浮球阀无论它的造型怎样变化，封闭的原理都是采用与水的流出方向即水的压力方向相反的力来封闭注水口，从而关闭水源的，它的最大缺点封闭力较大，封闭力只有大于水的压力时，才能关闭水源，为此易出现向外渗水现象。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种直拉式浮球阀，它是采用对水源的封闭力与出水方向即水的压力方向相同的办法来关闭水源的，封闭的效果具有高可靠性。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：包括具有注水口的阀体、上端盖、下阀体及浮球，其特征是：在浮球下端连接一根竖直的拉杆，又该拉杆的下端设有一锥形配重锤，且处在阀体的注水口下方的下阀体内，又该锥形配重锤上端面设有一密封垫，且推靠上述注水口下端面。
采用这一方案，可以严密地封住水源，且结构简单，作用力小，不易损坏部件。
下面结合剖面图对本实用新型作进一步说明：

该结构有阀体5，阀体5与下阀体1即水源连接，阀体5有一注水口4，阀体5上端盖6，在阀体5的注水口4下面有一锥形配重锤2，配重锤2的上端面有一密封垫3，配重锤2及密封垫3通过拉杆7与浮子8连接。
当容器内水位达到预定高度时，浮子8浮起，同时通过拉杆7将配重锤2及密封垫3拉起，将注水口4封闭。
当容器内水放出即水位下降时，浮子8失去了浮力，配重锤2、密封垫3也失去了浮子8的拉力下落，同时打开注水口4实现注水。
由于注水口封闭时所受的力与出水方向即出水的压力方向相同，所以封闭的效果具有高可靠性。

1、一种直拉式浮球阀包括具有注水口(4)的阀体(5)、上端盖(6)、下阀体(1)及浮球(8)，其特征是：在浮球(8)下端连接一根竖直的拉杆(7)，又该拉杆(7)的下端设有一锥形配重锤(2)，且处在阀体(5)的注水口(4)下方的下阀体(1)内，又该锥形配重锤(2)上端面设有一密封垫(3)，且推靠上述注水口(4)下端面。
