本实用新型涉及一种镀膜输电电缆、导线,属于基本电气元件,特别是电缆领域。
目前,电力工业已充分发展,电网四通八达,电网之间、输电和用电户之间的联系主要由各种电缆、导线来完成,为了减少输电线路的电阻,一般都采用增大导线横截面来实现,这样必然要耗费更多的金属材料,并加大了输电电路的重量,从而导致输电成本升高,施工难度加大。
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述输电线路中的问题,为人们提供一种成本低、重量轻的新式镀膜输电电缆、导线。
本实用新型的上述目的是这样实现的:
根据导体在导电时“电荷在导体表面运动”的特性,导体中心部分在导电时是不起作用或没有影响的,这样若将导体(导线的中心部分“挖去”,使导电部分呈圆筒状态,其导电性能和实心导线也是完全一样的,若把这样的导体,附着在绝缘体上即可制成一种镀膜输电电缆、导线。

本实用新型提供的一种镀膜输电电缆、导线由绝缘层和导电层组成,其特点在于:导电层[1]是镀在绝缘层[2]的螺纹状表面的金属导电层,根据金属导电层[1]和绝缘层[2]相互位置的不同,可有两种结构:一种是导电层[1]镀在管状绝缘层[2]的内表面,从而制成空心镀膜输电电缆、导线;另一种是导电层[1]镀在实心绝缘层[2]的外表面,并且在导电层[1]外套有一层绝缘皮[3],从而制成实心镀膜输电电缆、导线,绝缘层的螺纹状表面主要是为了增大导电面积,提高导电效率。
本实用新型的优点在于可以节约大量金属材料,并能提高输电效率,减轻线路自重给施工带来方便。

1、一种镀膜输电电缆、导线由绝缘层和导电层组成,其特征在于:导电层是镀在绝缘层螺纹状表面的金属导电层,包括两种结构,一种是导电层镀在管状绝缘层螺纹状内表面,另一种是导电层镀在实心绝缘线螺纹状外表面,并且导电层外套有一层绝缘皮。
