6×12+FC圆股麻芯钢丝绳,由6股钢丝和内中的麻芯构成。6股钢丝分别由12根钢丝绞缠而成,股芯为3根钢丝,股面为9根。本实用新型改原股芯为麻芯或单根钢丝为三根钢丝,具有较强的拉曳、柔软、可挠性,耐磨、耐疲劳、耐冲击性,强度高、弹性大,可广泛用于航空、航海、桥梁、邮电、机械、起重、旅游索道、钢锁绳等。

6×12+FC圆股麻芯钢丝绳
本实用新型涉及一种钢丝绳。
钢丝绳因较其它绳类强度高，弹性大，具有较高的起吊承重力、横跨承重力、拉牵承重力等而广泛用于各行各业、各领域。根据用途不同，钢丝绳有6×12+7FC、6×15+7FC、6×19+FC、6×24+7FC、6×37+FC等数十种，其中FC表示麻芯，6为钢丝绳股数，12、15…37等表示每股内钢丝的根数。从上面的表示式看出，现有的钢丝绳绳芯为麻芯，股芯为麻芯或单根钢丝，外面再铰缠一层、两层、或多层股面的钢丝。采用麻芯的钢丝绳虽弹性大、柔软、可挠性大，但强度不高、体重大，耐磨、耐疲劳、耐冲击性差。采用单根钢丝作股芯，虽解决了强度、耐磨性，耐疲劳、冲击性等问题，但因股芯为单根、外缠1层或多层钢丝、股芯强度不够，股面所需钢丝多、绳重。
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种强度高、弹性大、绳轻、具较强拉曳、柔软、可挠性、耐磨、耐疲劳、耐冲击性的钢丝绳。
本实用新型目的的实现方式为，6×12+FC圆股麻芯钢丝绳，由6股钢丝1和内中的麻芯2构成，6股钢丝的股芯3为3根钢丝，股面4为9根钢丝。

参照附图，本实用新型将原6×12+7FC钢丝绳设计为6×12+FC现钢丝绳，降低了绳重，提高了强度、弹性、耐磨、耐疲劳、耐冲击性，并具备了较强的拉曳力、柔软性，可挠性，从而使其用途广泛，可用于航空、航海、桥梁、邮电、机械、起重、旅游索道、钢锁绳等。
