本实用新型提供了一种冰箱、冰柜用门体技术方案。该方案主要是由门体隔温层、外壳、门内衬和门封条所组成,在所述的门封条上有门封条凸块,在门内衬上与门封条凸块相对应处有门内衬凹槽。所述的门内衬凹槽的横截面为Ω形,而所述的门封条凸块为蘑菇形。
Description
本实用新型涉及的是一种冰箱、冰柜的部件，尤其是用于冰箱、冰柜上的冰箱、冰柜用门体。
在现有冰箱或冰柜上用的门体，也是由门体隔温层、外壳、门内衬和门封条所组成，但是，门封条都是用螺丝钉将其固定在门内衬上，这种结构的门体存在外观不美观，隔热效果差和易出废品的问题。
本实用新型的目的，就是针对现有技术所存在的问题，而提供一种冰箱、冰柜用门体技术方案。
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点，下面通过一个具体的实施例，并结合其附图，对本方案进行阐述。

通过附图可以看出，本方案的冰箱、冰柜用门体，主要是由门体隔温层6、外壳5、门内衬1和门封条2所组成，本方案的特点是在所述的门封条2上有门封条凸块3，在门内衬1上与门封条凸块3相对应处有门内衬凹槽4。而所述的门内衬凹槽4的横截面为Ω形。而所述的门封条凸块3的形状为蘑菇形。
根据对上述方案的叙述可知，由于在本方案中的门封条上有门封条凸块，在与门封条相配合的门内衬上有门内衬凹槽，该凹槽的横截面为Ω形，而封条凸块的形状为蘑菇形，当封条凸块插入内衬凹槽中时，两者配合极为紧密，故其外观美观，而密封又严密，隔热效果就好。内衬凹槽和封条凸块都是在安装前就预先加工好的，因此，在安装时是很方便的而且也不会出现废品。由此可见，本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有实质性特点和进步，其实施效果也是显而易见的。

1．一种冰箱、冰柜用门体，主要是由门体隔温层〔6〕、外壳〔5〕、门内衬〔1〕和门封条〔2〕所组成，其特征是在所述的门封条〔2〕上有门封条凸块〔3〕，在门内衬〔1〕上与门封条凸块〔3〕相对应处有门内衬凹槽〔4〕。
2．根据权利要求1所述的冰箱、冰柜用门体，其特征在于所述的门内衬凹槽〔4〕的横截面为Ω形。
3．根据权利要求1所述的冰箱、冰柜用门体，其特征在于所述的门封条凸块〔3〕的形状为蘑菇形。
