Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种防伪粘胶带,其主要特征是在现有粘胶带基材层与粘胶层之间套印有无色透明的光敏或热敏防伪印料层和塑料凹印油墨层。其优点是,在查验假冒商品时,只要发现纸箱外包装上的封口胶带内不含生产厂商设定的特殊标识时,即可对箱内商品做出真伪认定,而不必再开箱检查。

Description

防伪粘胶带
本实用新型涉及一种在粘胶与基材之间设有防伪标识层的防伪粘胶带。
在商品流通过程中，常常将多件产品集中装于纸箱或盒中，并用粘胶带对纸箱或盒进行封口处理。在查处假冒商品时，必须撕掉粘胶带，取出其中商品进行检查确认。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种不用开箱即可初步辨认箱内物品真伪的防伪粘胶带。
本实用新型是这样实现的：
一种防伪粘胶带，涉及基材层，粘胶层，其特征在于基材层背面印有防伪印料层。
进一步的方案是，印有防伪印料层的基材层背面还套印有塑料凹印油墨层。
在本实用新型中，其材层一般为BOPP膜，粘胶层为压敏胶粘合剂，防伪印料层可以是无色透明的光敏或热敏印料。
事实上，所谓防伪印料层和塑料凹印油墨层往往是充填于基材层和粘胶层之间的连续或不连续的特定标识，在通常情况下，塑料凹印油墨层是肉眼可见的，而防伪印料层必须经特殊处理或借助一定工具如在紫外线灯照射下才能被肉眼看见。
本实用新型的优点是，在查验假冒商品时，只要发现纸箱或盒上的封口胶带内不含生产厂商设定的特殊标识(文字或符号等)时，即可对箱内产品做出真伪认定，而不必再开箱检查。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述。
如图1，一种卷于纸芯5上的防伪粘胶带6，涉及BOPP薄膜基材层1和粘胶层4，在基材层1背面印有无色透明的防伪印料层2，在印有防伪印料层2的基材层1背面还套印有塑料凹印油墨层3。事实上，所述防伪印料层2与凹印油墨层3并非完套的夹层，而仅仅是局部充填于基材层1和粘胶层4之间的有特定含义的标识层，其中凹印油墨层3还可能局部或全部被无色透明的防伪印料层2所覆盖。

1、一种防伪粘胶带，涉及基材层(1)，粘胶层(4)，其特征在于基材层(1)背面印有防伪印料层(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防伪粘胶带，其特征在于在印有防伪印料层(2)的基材层(1)背面还套印有塑料凹印油墨层(3)。
