Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种厨房油烟滤清器,它包括支撑框架,其特征在于:框架内横设有多层相叠的过滤片,过滤片上连续等距密布有多个呈拐形走向的通气沟槽。当油烟经过通气沟槽时,不仅扰动剧烈,而且与通气沟槽壁面的接触时间较长,因而附着于通气沟槽内的油污也较多。本实用新型不仅滤清油烟的效果好,而且可让积油自行排出。其市场前景可观。

油烟滤清器
本实用新型涉及一种油烟滤清器。
专利号为ZL91218711的“排油烟机蜂巢式维护罩装置”实用新型专利公开了一种油烟过滤设备，该装置主要通过设有通气孔道的过滤板将油烟中的油污滤掉存在的缺点一是油烟直接经通气孔道快速穿过滤淆效果差；二是过滤板需定期更换，从而增加了用户的开支。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种厨房油烟滤淆器，它不仅滤淆油烟的效果好，而且可让积油自行排出。
本实用新型是这样构成的，它包括支撑框架，其特征在于：框架内横设有多层相叠的过滤片，过滤片上连续等距密布有多个呈拐形走向的通气沟槽。
本实用新型由于在过滤片上布设有呈拐形走向的通气沟槽，所以，当油烟经过通气沟槽时不仅拢动剧烈，而且与通气沟槽壁面的接触时间较长，因而，附着于通气沟槽内的油污也较多。此外，沉积于过滤片的通气沟槽内的积油，又会在自重力的作用下自上而下滴落排出。
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型予以具体描述。

图2是图1的A-A剖视图(图中实线5表示上过滤片的通气沟槽3的上边缘部；虚线6表示下过滤片的通气勾槽槽底线)。
图3是相叠的上、下过滤片的侧视图。
参照附图，本实用新型的厨房油烟滤清器包括支撑框架1，其特征在于框架外侧体端部上设有积油排出孔4框架内横设有多层相叠的过滤片2，过滤片上连续等距密布有多个呈拐形走向的通气沟槽3，通气沟槽断面为“V”形。
上述的多层过滤片中上、下两相邻的过滤片反向相叠，即上过滤片的通气沟槽走向的拐头朝右，下过滤片的通气沟槽走向的拐头朝左，过滤片可以是铝合金或不锈钢成型板材。
上述的呈拐形走向的通气沟槽，前、后段相对称，对称线即是过滤片的中心线，两相邻的上、下过滤片的前后侧端相对接，形成一列蜂巢孔7。
工作时，油烟经过滤清器的通气沟槽，便被冷凝液化成油珠，然后，又在自重的作用下滴落排出。
本实施例经定期淆洗，可保证净化效率，长期使用。

Claims (7)

1、一种油烟滤清器，包括支撑框架，其特征在于：框架内横设有多层相叠的过滤片，过滤片上连续等距密布有多个呈拐形走向的通气沟槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的油烟滤清器，其特征在于，所述的多层过滤片中上下两相邻的过滤片反向相叠，即上过滤片的通气沟槽走向的拐头朝右，下过滤片的通气沟槽走向的拐头朝左。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的油烟滤清器，其特征在于过滤片为铝合金或不锈钢成型板材。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的油烟滤清器，其特征在于框架外侧体端部上设有积油排出孔，通气沟槽断面为“V”形。
5、根据权利要求3所述的油烟滤清器，其特征在于框架外侧体端部上设有积油排出孔，通气沟槽断面为“V”形。
6、根据权利要求4所述的油烟滤淆器，其特征在于呈拐形走向的通气沟槽的前后段相对称，对称线即是过滤片的中心线，两相邻的上、下过滤片的前、后侧端相对接形成一列蜂巢孔。
7、根据权利要求5所述的油烟滤清器，其特征在于呈拐形走向的通气沟槽的前后段相对称，对称线即是过滤片的中心线，两相邻的上、下过滤片的前、后侧端相对接形成一列蜂巢孔。
