Abstract
一种复合纤维板,其特征在于:板体分为两层,其中一层为硬质纤维板,另一层为玻璃编织纤维,两层之间用高能胶粘合在一起。本实用新型结构简单合理,可防潮防水,强度高,韧性强,不易碎裂,成本较低,可用作钢材或机械等物品的包装材料。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种纤维板，特别是一种复合纤维板。
目前在运送钢材或机械等物品时，通常要采用钢板或塑料为外包装，以保护运送物。但由于钢板成本较高，而塑料强度又不够，故都不是理想的包装材料。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，可防潮防水，强度较高，成本较低的复合纤维板。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到：一种复合纤维板，其特征在于；板体分为两层，其中一层为主板，另一层为防水层，两层之间用高能胶粘合在一起。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到：主板可采用硬度纤维板制成，防水层可采用玻璃编织纤维制成。

参照图1，本实用新型分为两层，其中一层为较厚的硬质纤维板(1)，另一层为较薄的玻璃编织纤维(2)，编织纤维(2)通过高能胶粘贴在纤维板(1)上。纤维板体质地较硬，而编织纤维可防水。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点：结构简单合理，可防潮防水，强度高，韧性强，不易碎裂，成本较低，可用作钢材或机械等物品外包装材料。
Claims (2)
1、一种复合纤维板，其特征在于：板体分为两层，其中一层为主板(1)，另一层为防水层(2)，两层之间用高能胶粘合在一起。
2、根据权利要求1所述的纤维板，其特征在于：主板(1)可采用硬质纤维板制成，防水层(2)可采用玻璃编织纤维制成。
