阀片式空调专用反水弯,其特征是在空调机排水管1的下端与带反水弯排水管2的上端设一阀腔3,在阀腔内增设一阀片4,在阀片4的上面四周固定有一密封圈5,阀片的外径要大于阀腔的入水口6的直径,处于阀腔内排水管的侧面开有出水口7。本实用新型能排除空调机组内的冷凝水,而且还能有效的阻止下水管内污浊空气反向进入空调机内,保证了空调房间的空气不被污染。

阀片式空调专用反水弯
本实用新型属于空调机的附件。
已有空调机组为解决冷凝水排出机组外,而又不使下水管内的污浊空气因空调机内的负压而反向进入空调机内,其解决办法是在冷凝水排水管处加装反水弯,利用水在反水弯内形成的密封水柱,达到防止下水管线内污浊空气反向进入空调机内。但因空调机组工作的特性,普通反水弯内的水会因机组长时间工作在干燥环境下而逐渐蒸发,当水柱高度不足以抵消机内负压时,下水管内的污浊空气就会立即反向进入机内,使被空调房间的空气全都污染。
本实用新型的目的是研制一种阀片式空调专用反水弯,该反水弯不但能排除空调机组内的冷凝水,而且又能有效阻止下水管内的污浊空气反向进入空调机组内。
本实用新型是利用空调机组内的负压及排水管出水口处新增设阀片的密封性,适当调整阀片的重量,以适应空调机内不同的负压,达到有效排除冷凝水,又阻止下水管内污浊空气反向进入空调机内的措施,来实现本实用新型的目的。本实用新型是在空调机组的冷凝水排水管的下端与带反水弯的排水管出水口之间增设有一带密封圈的阀片。
本实用新型不但能排除空调机组内的冷凝水,而且还能有效地阻止下水管内污浊空气反向进入空调机组内,保证了空调房间空气的清新不被污染。
图1是本实用新型整体结构示意图。
实施例:本实施例在空调机组的冷凝水排水管1的下端与带反水弯的排水管2的上端设一阀腔3,在阀腔3内增设一阀片4,在阀片4的上面四周固定有密封圈5。阀片4的外径要大于阀腔3的入水口6的直径。处于阀腔3内排水管2的侧面开有出水口7。当空调机工作时,阀片4被负压吸在阀腔3的入水口6处,将入水口6密封。以阻止反水弯3内水的蒸发和污浊空气进入空调机内。当空调机不工作时,阀片4靠自重下落到排水管2的上端,冷凝水则从排水管侧面的出水口7排出。

1、阀片式空调专用反水弯,其特征在于在空调机组的冷凝水排水管(1)的下端与带反水弯的排水管(2)的上端设一阀腔(3),在阀腔(3)内增设一阀片(4),在阀片(4)的上面四周固定有一密封圈(5),阀片(4)的外径要大于阀腔(3)的入水口(6)的直径,处于阀腔(3)内排水管(2)的侧面开有出水口(7)。
