Description

臭氧发生器电极
本实用新型属于具有尖形电极的电晕放电装置的技术领域。
现在我们用的臭氧发生器的电极,一般的是在电极的表面有一些凸起的尖点,通过尖点的放电来击穿空气,从而产生臭氧。但由于电极在放电时产生高温,从而使电极的自身温度很高,使得电极周围的空气或氧气较稀薄,从而产生的臭氧少,而耗能高。高的温度又使臭氧还原为氧气。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,放电时电极自身温度升高少,而且能很快散热,产生臭氧多的臭氧发生器电极。
这种臭氧发生器电极,包括电极体,在电极体的外表面上设有滚花,且电极体呈管状。
由于电极体呈管状,在电极放电,电极自身温度升高时,管状空腔内的空气澎胀,从而使电极空腔中的空气流动,而且管的烟囱效应也使得电极内部的空气快速流动,从而冷却电极,因而电极周围空气密度大,产生的臭氧多而耗能低。低的温度又使臭氧还原的少。

如图所示的臭氧发生器电极,包括管状电极体1,设在电极体1外表面的三道滚花2,且滚花2为两组以上相交的低浅槽沟,而低浅槽沟的相交为正交。

1、一种臭氧发生器电极,包括电极体(1),其特征是在电极体(1)的外表面上设有滚花(2),且电极体(1)呈管状。
2、根据权利要1所述的臭氧发生器电极,其特征是滚花(2)为两组以上相交的低浅槽沟。
3、根据权利要求2所述的臭氧发生器电极,其特征是低浅槽沟的相交为正交。
