Abstract

一种建筑用钢管支柱,其特点是:由外管,在外管内套装内管,外管与锁定螺母连接,销轴装于外管的槽口和内管的销孔中,销轴置于锁定螺母的平面上组成。可以取代木支柱,具有安全、可靠、省时、省力、使用方便、经久耐用等优点。

建筑用钢管支柱
一种建筑用钢管支柱。
现有用于建筑的支柱通常采用木材作支柱，它的不足之处在于，木材支柱的高度不能根据需要调整，只能报废，木材浪费大。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高度可以调整，支撑安全可靠，使用寿命长的建筑用钢管支柱。
本实用新型的目的是由以下技术方案来实现的；一种建筑用钢管支柱，其特点是：由外管(1)，在外管(1)内套装内管(6)，外管(1)与锁定螺母(3)连接，销轴(4)装于外管(1)的槽口(5)和内管(6)的销孔(8)中，销轴(4)置于销定螺母(4)的平面上组成。
本实用新型的建筑用钢管支柱与现有的木制支柱相比，由于本实用新型的建筑用钢管支柱采用销轴装于外管槽口和内管的销孔中，用锁定螺母平面锁定结构，具有以钢代木，高度可根据需要调整，使用寿命长、安全可靠、省时、省力、使用方便等优点。
下面利用附图所示的一个实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1为建筑用钢管支柱结构示意图。
参照图1，具有钢管外管(1)，在钢管外管(1)内套装内管(6)，外管(1)上设有螺纹和槽口(5)，外管(1)与锁定螺母(3)螺纹连接，可以调定支柱高度，在锁定螺母(3)上设有搬销(2)，用以旋动锁定螺母(3)。在内管(6)设有销孔(8)，销轴(4)装于外管(1)的槽口(5)和内管(6)的销孔(8)中，销轴(4)置于锁定螺母(3)的平面上，外管(1)和内管(6)的两端与支承板(7)连接。

1、一种建筑用钢管支柱，其特征在于：由外管(1)，在外管(1)内套装内管(6)，外管(1)与锁定螺母(3)连接，销轴(4)装于外管(1)的槽口(5)和内管(6)的销孔(8)中，销轴(4)置于锁定螺母(3)的平面上组成。
