本实用新型作出以前，在现有居民点和城镇街道，均采用敝开式和盖板式垃圾箱或垃圾收集房存储垃圾。敝开式垃圾箱或收集房直接影响环境卫生，人们把剩饭剩茶，瓜皮果壳投放进去，特别是春夏湿热季节，有利于蚊蝇繁殖生长，易产生腐恶味道，必须每日清除清扫。而盖板式垃圾箱，使用者需用力开启后方能将垃圾抛人，由于直接接触，导致接触点与盖板上易积集污渍，繁殖细菌，不利于人们的身体健康。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种结构简单，使用方便，有利于环境卫生，有利于人们身体健康，当手持有垃圾接近盖板口时，盖板能自动打开、关闭的电动垃圾箱。
本实用新型的主要解决方案是这样实现的，其主要由箱体6、牵引磁铁块5，活门1、吸热罩3，防过热罩壳4、控制电路板所组成。箱体6内安装牵引磁铁块5，牵引磁铁块5连接在活门1上，箱体6连接吸热罩3，吸热罩3内安装控制电路板，吸热罩3上安装防过热罩壳4。

本实用新型与已技术相比具有以下优点，1、结构简单，制造成本低，控制电路采用一般已有电路，并用电省，无需力开启，只要有电源插座的地方均可使用，避免有人不愿接触垃圾箱而随地乱抛垃圾，保持垃圾箱周围环境卫生；2、避免了敝开式垃圾箱内垃圾变质污染环境卫生，防止了人体直接接触，而不会发生交叉感染，有利于人们身心健康。
